It’s all about managing expecations, but even if you go here looking for a typical mall restaurant, you will probably leave disappointed. I was here a couple of times when I worked in the area and was looking for cheap, good and fast food options. What you get here is usually neither of these things. First, the staff is completely overwhelmed with lunch service and some of the people working here are taking it out on the customers. I must have missed the memo where it became okay to just waltz up to a table without a word and tap on the pad of paper in your hand irritated instead of just asking something along the lines of «Are you ready to order?» Also, orders get mixed up or entered in the system wrong frequently. The quality of food varies greatly from«quite okay» to «nope», including undercooked meat and overcooked pasta. What probably takes the cake is the fact that the head of service does not listen to any complaints. He will actually put great effort into proving you, the paying guest, wrong. If you need something to eat desparately, going upstairs to the self-service pizza joint(which is operated by the same company, but doesn’t require you to suffer the bad service) or just outside to McDonalds will probably be a better choice here.
