Variety of goods that’ll do you good and make you feel a little less crap every day.
A treasure trove of hard to find health foods and a little less pokey than most health stores which seems to be a requirement. King Island honey on tap and the elusive Quest energy bars in full range that are all the rage in the US without the kick in the teeth prices. They also carry skincare as well as organic home made recipes like cashew butter which was hard to walk away from.
I came here for the protein bars my friend had raved about and found them pretty cheap and in huge variety, the staff were lovely as well. Definetly a staple and fits in very well with Semaphore hippy humble vibe.

I love this shop but not more than the kids do.
We come here for our soap mostly (love the milk and honey one) but also pick up our nuts, seeds and any other delicious food product we can find.
The best part is the freshly squished/made peanut butter
Ummm yum!
We also get our honey from here and love the fact you can choose how much you can have so it won’t crystallise in your cupboard over winter.
