Um local de qualidade, comida excelente, carnes finas e bem saborosas. Porem eu acredito que o ambiente e’ um pouco confuso, me da a impressão que querem que você saia logo, tipo coma a suma.(Um ponto que os colocam em desvantagem). Indiscutível falar sobre a qualidade da comida porem o atendimento, ambiente e atmosfera não me agrada!

Took an American friend here for dinner. Boy, was it good! The salad bar is fresh and delicious, as well as the little basket of breads and pastels, but don’t fill up on these! The meat is where it’s at. Great selection of different cuts of beef, some lamb, and a rather bold skewer of rosemary-flavored chicken hearts. Also one of the best crème de papaya in town. Good cocktails and big wine list. If you’re looking for an awesome Brazilian churrasco experience, this is it!

Dès qu’on entre dans ce restaurant le ton est donné: super classe, super copieux. Un énorme Buffet domine au centre du restaurant. Petits pois ou asperges à la vapeur, aubergines ou artichaut façon antipasti, toutes sortes de piments, fromages, salades, charcuteries, Carpaccio, saumon ou haddock fumé, sashimi de thon, etc. Tous les produits sont frais et alléchant. Bref un buffet de rêve dont on sait qu’on né pourra malheureusement pas tout goûter. Car en effet la spécialité ici c’est la viande grillée à volonté. Maminha, Picanha, Fraldinha, Mignon, Filete, Coração de Picanha, Bife de Fraldinha, Costeletas, Cupim, Frango, Javali, Salsicha, Carnero… Les serveurs tournent toutes les minutes et font parfois la queue pour vous servir la viande qui sort de la broche. Elles sont toutes savoureuses, tendres, juteuses et caramélisées à souhait. Au bout d’un moment on demande grâce on aimerait encore mais on né peut plus. On fera l’impasse sur le charriot des dessert même s’il donne envie lui aussi. Un restaurant incontournable pour les amoureux de viande et le style Brésilien y est bien représenté.

Um dos melhores rodízios de SP. Grande variedade de carnes e um ótimo atendimento. Mesa de salada com grande variedade. No Barbacoa vc encontra bons cortes como bife ancho, assado de tira, bife de tira, carre de cordeiro, picanha nobre, morcilha e os cortes tradicionais. Possuem tb uma grande varidade de cervejas.

Uma Boa churrascaria para quem exclusivamente procura Carne. Os cortes são os tradicionais e faltam elogios para o Carneiro, o melhor na minha opinião. Mas atenção, se for nos finais de semana se prepare para longas filas. Fui num domingo por voltadas 16h e ainda estava lotada. Fiquei 1 hora e meia na fila mas o que mais me incomodou foi a cara de pau do gerente da casa deixando passar pessoas na frente de todos. Erro esse que julgo imperdoável. Parecia aquelas filas VIPs de Clubs. Claro que reclamei a Hostess que pouco soube explicar o porque de certas pessoas serem preteridas. Preço, prepare o bolso. Já esperava que seria caro, mas pelo menos gostaria de um serviço a altura. Digo isso porque o Buffet penso que deixa a desejar. O que salvou o dia foi que uma solicitação minha foi prontamente atendida. Pedi banana grelhada(não frita como de costume) e trouxeram 6 dúzia, nem precisou de sobremesa. Vá, mas com baixa expectativa, talvez assim se surpreenderá.

The food was very good. The service was excellent. The steak came out a bit late… but it was very very good. Prices were reasonable for being between two business hotels. ~R$ 120 with wine and service.

Great rodizio & churrascaria-anywhere that will bring you a giant skewer of chicken hearts gets street cred in my book! I really enjoyed it, the salad bar is great too! My only complaint is that we were with a rather large group and I felt rushed for a lot of the meal. They also refused to help us split checks at the end…

If you want Rodizio in Sao Paulo, this is in my opinion the best place to go. I’ve been to all the usual suspects(Plataforma, Fogo de Chão and Porcão) and Barbacoa beats them all with no margin for discussion. Huge selection of meats, huge selection of salads, super attentive waiters and great drinks. The price was also ok considering what you normally pay in those places(slightly less than R$ 100). If you wanna beat the crowd and don’t wanna wait, go early. After 1pm or so it starts getting crowded.

I have been to quite a few Brazilian steakhouses in my time(mostly in the US). Churrascaria Plataforma(NY), Fogo de Chao(NY&ATL), Porcao(Rio) and each one left me disappointed. Under-seasoned meat, limp salad options and sushi usually was well past its prime. Barbacoa was the best of the bunch by a long shot. We got there around 2pm on Saturday and the restaurant was packed and we had to wait about 45 minutes for a table. After the long wait(totally worth it) we were seated and the feast began. I started with the salad buffet and tried a few different types of salad, a few pieces of smoked and salmon sashimi, some sort of caviar and a variety of cheeses. All of these were extremely fresh and tasted of high quality. I especially liked the variety of chili oils they had up there which I thought was a great accompaniment to some of the drier cuts of meat. Now on to what we all came here for: the Meat. The Rib eye here was borderline amazing. Succulent, fatty and well seasoned, it’s the stuff dreams are made of. I would come back here and just eat rib-eye if that was an option. I probably had about 3 servings and the cuts were very generous. I also enjoyed the flank steak and some of the rib offerings. I would say they serve too much meat here than the latter, because a lot of the time when I just wanted a small piece to try the server would cut off a giant chunk of meat. Not exactly a problem for most people, just my point of view. Overall, Barbacoa was a great experience and if you are visiting São Paulo a definite must try.

depois de escutar tanta gente falando bem dessa churrascaria, finalmente experimentei em um almoço de trabalho. além de caro, as carnes e o buffet não tem nada de excepcional, já fui em lugares bem mais em conta em que achei a comida muito melhor. não voltaria, não.

I have been here are two occasions over the last year and I have thoroughly enjoyed the food, service and experience on both occasions. The meal is around R$ 100 a per person and is all you can eat. There is a huge salad/cold foods bars with everything from greens, to smoked meats, sushi and fruits. In addition to this, you have the waiters coming around with various cuts of meat. I would rate this as one of the best churrascarias in the city and would recommend it to anyone looking for a higher end churrascaria.
