Fiquei impressionado com o jardim e a arquitetura do restaurante. Simplesmente lindos!
É caro e não tão bom como os tradicionais da Liberdade.
As apresentações dos pratos e a experiência do local vale a visita, é realmente um lugar diferenciado.
Decepção: pagar $ 11 por um chá gelado — de chorar — torna o preço das refeições duvidável — na mesma proporção de exploração.

Decided to try out the teppanyaki experience with a couple of friends last night, and had a great time! The chef was funny and charming, and put on a great show with lots of flips and fire. He even let me try flipping and cracking my own egg behind the stove! (I managed not to ruin everyone’s dinner!) Four of us split two orders of the Kobe beef set menu, and two sushi plates, which was more than enough food. The set menus also come with a cabbage salad starter, plus veggies and fried rice from the grill along with the steaks. The steaks come with three dipping sauces — a cashew-​sesame sauce (okay), a blob of mayonnaise (yuk) and shoyu-​orange juice sauce (yum!). The set menu is R$ 210 (about $ 55) so while meant for an individual, it’s probably more cost effective to split one order with a friend. The other thing I should mention is this is the first place in Sao Paulo we have tried that has more variety of fish besides just salmon and tuna. They even have eel! The restaurant itself is clean and well-​appointed, although it kind of feels like you’ve stepped back into the 1970s, especially in the bar area. But, the food is good and the service is impeccable, so Shintori — just keep doing what ya doin!

Dona Nanci faz jus à tradição. O lugar é lindo, sinta se como se estivesse no Japão. As comida é incrível, sou suspeito. Adoro a sala do teppan e do sukiyaki;)

My boyfriend took me here for a business dinner with his co-​workers, and it was FANTASTIC!
Shintori is laid out in a traditional Japanese wooden style, with separate rooms for teppanyaki service, a sushi bar, all of which look out on a beautiful indoor Japanese garden.
Once seated, we shared a wide variety of sushi, robatas, and winter dishes that tasted delicious.
The service was excellent, too.
If you go to Shintori, you definitely need to dress up a bit and bring your wallet because it’s rather expensive.

Four stars — beautiful restaurants with a nice Japanese garden inside. Lounge available for before and after meal drinks. Attentive services. Separate dinning halls for teppanyaki, ShabuShabu/​Sukiyaki or traditional Japanese cuisine.
Two stars — the restaurant offered two different sets of Kobe beef shabu shabu dinner sets. One was priced at R$ 195/​person and the other was higher at R$ 228/​person. I ordered the higher priced set because we wanted the better Kobe beef.
Everything was great until the meat arrived. After some tasting, realized that not all the meat was Kobe beef. After clarifiying with the manager, he sent us a compensation plate of Kobe beef.
Felt cheated by the restaurant and that spoiled the dinning experience.

Com certeza o restaurante japonês mais bonito do Brasil. Tem um jardim japonês no centro com vista do bar e dos salões principais. E a comida é excelente.

Shintori pra mim é sinônimo de tradicional, japonês sóbrio, com um certo ar de suntuosidade.
Acho que fazer as refeições nesse restaurante é te levar a viajar um pouco para o Japão … além do menu compor de variedades passando do sushi, robatas, pratos de inverno, tudo delicioso.

O Shintory, é um completo restaurante japonês com a típica serenidade dos seus anfitriões.
Suas enormes instalações em madeira se dividem em ambientes especiais, balcão para sushis e sashimis, salas para teppanyakis (com chapas no centro das mesas), para os tempuras (vegetais e camarões empanados com massas), para preparos em fogareiro, salas privativas e um bar com vista para um lindo e bem cuidado jardim japonês.
Sou cliente habitual e costumo aproveitar as semanas do Restaurant Week para saborear a excelente gastronomia, num ambiente bonito e elegante a um preço mais camarada. Na última edição provei e aprovei o sukiyaki. Recomendo.
O atendimento atencioso somado a segurança e comodidade do estacionamento próprio fazem desse restaurante um ótimo lugar para almoços de negócios, jantares em família e ocasiões especiais.

O mais belo Restaurante Japonês no Brasil. Possui salas p/​especialidades, como Shabu-​Shabu, Teppan Yaki (foto). Sushi’s e Sashimis sao bastante interessantes e possui um belíssimo jardim muito bem cuidado (foto). Como sobremesa, tem o raro sorvete de chá verde que chama-​se Anmitsu (ver foto). Frequentado por executivos e empresários no almoço e familias à noite. Não abre aos domingos. Local para pessoas de nível mais alto.
