Fondé en 2004.

As there are thousands of local Realtors to chose from and information about properties is now easily accessible online, I decided that expanding into the home staging industry would significantly increase the value of my real estate services.

As Realtors, we have a duty to suggest the best available services that will assist home Sellers to sell quickly and for the highest possible price. In 2010, I became Certified as a Home Staging Professional and opened a warehouse that supplies furniture, artwork, pillows, lighting, rugs and accessories to homeowners and other Realtor vacant homes or listings. I’ve since been awarded the Real Estate Staging Association’s 2012 Rising Star, 2013, 2014 & 2015 Top 10 Canadian Stager. My savvy Sellers have invested in staging their vacant homes in order to gain a competitive edge over their competition. Many have sold in less than 15 days, most have sold within 30 days and several have sold for more than asking as multiple offers were developed.
