The Ancater Village cheese shop prides ourselves on our large selection of artisanal cheeses from around the world. ‘Artisanal’ refers to handmade cheeses crafted by small, independent cheese makers using traditional methods. We offer cheeses from around the globe: the United States, Italy, Spain, France, the Netherlands, and England, just to name a few. For foods made closer to home, our range of local Ontario cheeses, as well as a number of gems from Quebec, PEI, Manitoba, and British Columbia, will not disappoint.

We also have many different speciality items including, aged balsamic’s, olive oils all types of crackers and jellies that pair well with all of our cheese. The Ancaster Village Cheese Shop also offers an all day menu. Soups, salads, grilled cheese, mac n cheese and different types of charcuterie style boards and many more. The owner Jaime spent a good chunk of her time travelling Europe and many small artisanal cheese shops once returning home she attended and completed her chef de cuisine diploma. Always having a passion for everything cheese she decided to open a small gourmet shop in the heart of Ancaster.
