Wow! I’m totally blown away by the service level provided by this outlet! I placed my order online and wanted to pick the bouquet up myself and deliver it to my neighbor who just had a new baby. The bouquet was ready for collection the next day after I’ve placed my order. Real fast and on time! Impressive! Due to complications, the baby cannot be discharged from the hospital so the family are still not back home. Must be real tense and worrisome for the parents, not the best time to send them a bouquet of fruits(don’t think they will be in the mood to eat anyway). So I went to the store to explain the situation to the Manager, Dana, and after she ascertained that my fridge is not big enough, she’s cool with me leaving the bouquet in their fridge till the next day. Neat! So here I am, fretting about how long more can the fruits stay fresh before mother and child can come back home. Now, this is the most impressive part… This morning, I received a call from Leanne(the boss?) and learning of the situation, she offered to make a fresh new arrangement. All I have to do is to give her a new pick up date. What can I say! I’m absolutely flabbergasted by her offer and their impeccable service. Well done guys! And a big thank you!
