I’ve been here a number of times and for some reason it seems the serving staff just gets worse each time… they seem to have the attitude that they know what’s best for you as you order… this is after waiting 21 minutes for someone„ anyone„ to even take our order… then telling us that the dish we ordered (jambalaya) has changed… WTF…but it was & not to the better.
THEN.went in tonight. waited only couple minutes & server Natasha came to our table… a very pleased & excellent young lady… brought the drinks immediately & proceeds to inform kitchen what we like… believe kitchen staff was Sara!!!

What a great delight after the last couple of experiences. .will try Sharks Club one more time now… a grill not enough to rate too much

I had a great time at Shark Club for my first visit. It’s a great atmosphere complimented by excellent service. Tiffany, my server, was conversational and gave perfect beer recommendations. This is a fine establishment hiring capable employees. I would definitely return on my next visit.

Everything is right with the cheap wings (Wing Wednesday with $ 0.35/wing, great quality for price), everything is wrong with service (rude, skimpy clothing, takes forever to serve, evicted my friend because he didn’t have an ID, doesn’t tie hair (I don’t appreciate your hair flying into my food)).

Had a night out with co-​workers here and ordered a million things. First off, this is an above averaged priced pub/​bar/​social house. If you’re looking for value-​priced food, you won’t find it here on most nights. However, they do have daily specials on drinks and they have a great wings night on Wednesday for $.29/​wing. They have a great lounge area with comfy seating, a ton of tvs, and they play UFC.
Go for: some decent food, quality wings on Wednesdays, a large party on a weekday as you are guaranteed a spot, happy hour
Don’t go for: budget or above average bar food

I use to really like they place 5 years ago but it hasn’t been the same since. I would always get the lemon drop martini and it was 2 drinks in one because they would leave you the martini shaker on your table so you had a second but they don’t do that anymore. The tuna tacos are good. The service is bad. I remember going their and trying to pay for my bill seemed impossible. I haven’t been since.

No stars if I could. On a Friday night this place was dead but closest place to my hotel. The music was loud and obnoxious. The service was absolutely horrendous. Empty glasses more than filled, and the drinks are weak. Avoid at all cost.

Came here two nights ago for dinner. It’s a very modern looking and spacious place, looks like it would be great for drinks, and groups (but I dunno if they would have the staff to handle it).
Anyway sat ourselves near the central bar area. Since it was Thursday, I had the Double Fisted Burger which was on special for $ 11.99 (usually it’ll be $ 16.99). The burger is described as «A double burger with our spice rub, bacon, melted cheddar cheese, roasted garlic aioli, mustard, relish, lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickles». Sold!
For $ 12 I must say it was hella delicious and well worth it. How can you go wrong with two patties and bacon. Caution however, it does get messy. The fries were satisfactory, but it’s all about the burger.
Unfortunately, 1 star off because of the service. Though we were seated in a central area and it wasn’t that busy, it was near impossible to get a hold of a server to order more drinks or to get a refill. I would still come back though, but I’m not sure if I would come as a group cause I can see it get highly frustrating if drinks needs to be constantly ordered.

I read a ton of bad reviews on service but we headed here for a business dinner/​meeting since it is next to our hotel. Honestly, we had great service, prompt, courteous, and informative. No complaints, four ladies working and it was slow inside… maybe that’s why?
Food was okay. Had tuna tacos, those were great, then had the tuna salad which was so so. Fish was fishy, which is funny it is the same fish in the tacos but the flavor in the tacos masked the fishy flavor better.
Nice place to watch a game and have a conversation (on a Monday).

The place is usually busy and packed during hockey nights. They don’t allow reservations on wings Wednesdays. I usually just go there for wings and they added a few more flavors for wings and most of them are very tasty. One of my new favs is the parmesan cheese. The place is quite trendy, basically a sports bar with lots of TV’s and relatively nice reno’s. They have hot waitresses with low cuts and short skirts, but it can be very hard to flag one down on a busy night. They also have a back section if you plan to have larger parties on special occasions.

Held a work event there in their private room. Great food and phenomenal service. I highly recommend it.

ZERO service, mediocre food, totally empty. Why bother? The guy bartender is good but the girls are useless. The only way it stays open is because it’s attached to a popular airport hotel

Very disappointed with their wings. We ordered honey garlic, teriyaki and their shark club wings on a wednesday night. The wings are 29 cents each. kind of small but that’s not the disappointing part. It was very soggy. They took short cuts and can tell that the wings were precooked and the sauce were poured on top of it.
The drinks was good. I ordered an amerato sour. But i purposely came for the wings and not the drinks that is why i gave them a low rating. As well. I ordered the wings with ranch and they forgot about the ranch sauce. The waitress was friendly but they were short staffed as well. That is why i find at times when i need the server she was no where to be found.
Please note the rating is for food only. Décor is ok. Same as 3 years ago. nothing really changed.

I came here with the Work Team and ordered a Double-​Fisted Burger (with bacon, melted cheddar cheese, roasted garlic aioli, mustard, relish, lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickles) with a Side Caesar Salad. Oh my goodness this burger was huge! The best part of this burger is that it’s not too overloaded with sauces. This results in crisp buns that don’t sog up over time if you’re a slow eater like myself. The double patty business here was just a ton to take in, and I can easily say I was full for at least a meal and a half after this. The patties were also quite juicy and not completely overcooked. The side caesar seems to be a good compliment because I can’t imagine anyone finishing this burger with fries on the side. The burger looked gorgeous too and went very well with my day. I’m going out on a limb here, but I’m guessing «Double-​Fisted» comes from having two patties in the mix here. Compared to my last visit here, I give the burgers a thumbs up motion.

I wish I could give this place no stars I’m sitting here there is maybe 12 people in here and out food took over 40 minutes come than the service SUCKS I will never come in here again they don’t even deserve a tip so I ripped a dollar in half and left it and maybe if I come back I’ll bring the other half.

Don’t waste your time here. Came in a 10pm on a weeknight and the place was half empty. We seated ourselves and had servers walk past us multiple times, had to flag one down ourselves to get any acknowledgement, and this was 15 mins in. When we flagged the server down he looked as if we were bothering him. The servers also looked like they were hanging out at tables with their friends.
Our draught beer took another 15 mins to come, and when we wanted 2^nd rounds we were told that none of the taps were working and we would have to get bottled beer. No explanation given. Note that their bottled selection is significantly worse than what they have on tap.
Anyway, a terrible experience and will not be back.

Please… for the love of god… save your money, time, and energy. This place is a highly NOT recommended place for food nor place to hang out with friends.
I came here almost a month ago with a friend to catch the NBA Draft (I know we’re in the minority) and it was an unpleasant experience. I suggested this place as we went to Boston Pizza during the NBA Finals and wanted to try out another place, but boy did I make a bad suggestion…
First off, the place was deserted but it was still tough to get decent service. The servers would acknowledge your requests, but take a ridiculously long time to execute them. Secondly, the food quality was subpar at best and I ordered a soft drink where they took the empty glass away without even bother asking if I wanted a refill (Hello, Basic Service 101?).
The only saving grace for Shark Club is the ample parking spots outside, and that’s why the LONE star for the review (if ONLY I could give them zero stars…).
If you enjoy being ignored, ripped off, and won’t mind downing some awful tasting food, then Shark Club is for you.

Came here last year multiple times during the NHL playoffs, service was fine. This year however, we’ve had to seat ourselves, then wait 15 minutes only to ask for menus. I’m not usually a stickler for service. I just expect to be seated, order, be given what I ordered and pay for what I order. If I need anything else, I’d just flag you down. Unfortunately, this was more a case of flagging down over and over. At one point I was tempted to just walk up the waitress and give her my order.
Not sure what happened to management, but they need to get their act together. Waiting a total of 40 minutes from arrival to ordering food is unacceptable, especially if they’re at less than half capacity. Food poisoning after my last trip there doesn’t exactly help their case either (I did order a rare steak, but that’s still inexcusable).
The bright spots? Cheap wings on Weds (29 cents), and the food (if you don’t get poisoned) is relatively edible. Won’t be here again unless I’m dragged out by friends on a Weds.

Unfortunately, I have to bump my review of this establishment down to 3 stars.
The $ 11 Double Fist burger special (Thursdays) is pretty decent overall. Okay, you want $ 3 more for the onion rings instead of fries? A little steep, but fair enough. But 50c for hot sauce on top of that? And it’s Frank’s — not even Tabasco (no offense to Frank’s fans out there). I have never been charged for hot sauce before, ever. In my books, toppings should never be charged on top of a meal.
My friend asked for some mayonnaise for her onion rings and was also charged 50c.
If you’re the manager or owner and are reading this, please do not nickel and dime your customers like this. Sell us another round of drinks (which we had) instead of doing this.

Came here for a friend’s birthday a couple nights ago. Absolutely LOVE the back private lounge that he was able to reserve AT NO COST, according to a friend (as long as people order stuff). great layout, clean, and comfortable. Also, friendly champagne service :-)
However…the drink I ordered wasn’t very good and when my server asked and I told her all I got was a «yeah, it’s, way too strong for me too!» (don’t get the Maple Manhattan… it tastes cheap). Also there DEFINITELY were not enough staffing at the bar for a Saturday night with a large party. There was literally 1 poor sweet guy back there, with a security guy kinda coming in and out with ice and lending a grudging hand, but really… no one was getting served or attended to. My girlfriend hung around the bar for at least 15~20 minutes with no acknowledgment and wasn’t able to order her drink! Bar needs more staff, yo.
I’d come back for the free private room except I’m afraid of the indifferent & sparse service.

Don’t waste your time coming here unless you love testing your patience.
My friends and I had tickets for a late movie and decided to grab some wings here an hour and a half before we had to be there. We got seated in a booth, and our server came to take our drink order. Once we got our drinks, we told her we were expecting one more person, but that we would be ready to order soon even if our +1 hadn’t arrived yet. Almost 15 minutes of waiting for her to come back, we literally had to flag her down. One of my friends had been making eye contact with her for almost 10 minutes, signaling her that we were ready to order, and she still continued to do her own thing. Finally, he just got up and went to get her. Ridiculous. She came back with the «I thought you were waiting for your friend» when she clearly knew we weren’t going to wait for him to order.
She was very short with us. Super snippy, lots of attitude, and was not very pleasant to be around.
The wings were good, the beer was good, and the poutine was good. There is your one star. Everything else could’ve been done with a little more effort.
I’ve worked in the restaurant business before as a hostess/​server/​runner and I know first-​hand that this service was unacceptable. We were 20 minutes late to our movie because of the slow/​no service.
Sorry, won’t be back!
