Chatters Salon

i have been to this salon twice, both times I have had issues. The first time my ends were uneven and it was an easy fix. The second time I arrived with pictures of what I wanted done. The end result was no where near what I had shown Emma. She had left a puffy area on the side which I pointed out to her and she said it was the way she had dried my hair. That was also her reasoning with my bangs that are way too short and not at all like the pictures I had shown her. Nothing that she did resembled any of the pictures that I had shown her. I also had an allover color for the tune of $ 100.00 that is quite a bit darker than I wanted. She said she wouldn’t charge me for the cut due to my original problems but they give you a free haircut with color so that was no big deal. I would not recommend Emma and she is the service mngr.

I have been going to this chatters for a little over a year. I have to admit I have seen my share of hair dressers at this location and all have done an okay job. However Jenna is who I will continually go see. After my hair was died red unwillingly she was the girl I went to go see for my color correction. I now swear by her!!! She is a hair guru! The staff at the front is always welcoming and I never have to wait to be seated. Overall a good location. In a great area!

After experiencing a hair disaster recently at a salon that will remain anonymous I decided to give Chatters a try. I was a little leery at first because this salon is a franchise and I’ve always been hesitant about trying salons like this, but today I was absolutely thrilled.
I had an appointment scheduled with Kim, whom I might add was amazing. She did a fabulous job fixing my hair disaster and I can honestly say that after 2 years of living in Alberta that this is the first time I’ve left a salon feeling as great as I did today.
Kim was very professional and courteous. She made me feel comfortable and did an awesome job with both my cut and color. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a competent stylist.
I drove in from Fort Saskatchewan and I can honestly say that Kim is well worth the drive. I’ve tried a few different salons in town with no success so I decided to venture out. This turned out to a wise decision. If you live in Fort Sask, Sherwood Park or even the city and have experienced one hair tragedy after another like myself I say give Chatters a try.
The price was reasonable and I even left with free product and coupons for my next visit. If you’re looking for a new place to get your hair done check this place out. I promise, you will not be disappointed!!!
