I have nothing but AWESOME things to say about the Go Truck Go team. From the time of doing my online quote to paying for the move! Everything was great! The guys showed up on time and jumped right into the move. They worked fast and were super efficient. Everything was done exactly at the time I was quoted and I was happy with the price. I would definitely use Go Truck Go again and would highly recommend them!

Had a great experience with Go Truck Go from start to finish. Sean was helpful throughout the quote process and was very prompt with replies and accommodating to my change in dates. The move itself was super efficient and everything was handled with complete care. On top of all that, the guys are just all round good guys who make the whole experience a fun and stress free one. They work hard and are great are their jobs — it’s clear they love the company too which speaks volumes. I can’t recommend GTG enough — great prices also. Best experience with a business in a long time.

I have to give a glowing review because the people at Go Truck Go were amazing today. Not only did someone contact me from the office to give me a heads up as to when the movers would arrive today, the movers themselves called me to let me know how long they’d be, and then arrived right on time.
They were super careful with my small move and incredibly friendly and professional.
Then they offered to drive me in the truck with them to the house which was entirely unexpected and talked with me in the truck all the way there.
What a pleasant smooth transition from one house to the other. I would definitely recommend this company again. They are number one!

These guys were great for the most part. Collin was very friendly (and who doesn’t love an Irish bloke?), they arrived early, were friendly, helpful, and fast. They did end up banging one of the legs on my nes sofa (blarg!) but gave me a small discount for this mistake, and who really looks at the legs on a sofa anyhow? All in all, a very positive experience, and would recommend.

I’ve used these movers twice and my experience both times was positive. We were lucky enough to have Jason on the moving team both times and were impressed with his efficiency. Our furniture and other belongings arrived both times without damage. I’ve recommended this company several times to friends and colleagues.

Best moving company I’ve ever dealt with. End of story.

Not enough stars!
If I could give them 8 stars I would. Very easy to deal with, friendly, courteous, professional, and on time. Great communications, they kept me up to date every step of the way and offered useful advice as required. They were also completely flexible as my needs changed.
Move was fast, efficient, and very carefully handled. They even carried several boxes and bags of «junk» down to the garbage bins for me. To top it off their was price very reasonable… much less than I expected to pay.
I started the day seriously stressed but ended it happy and relieved. I absolutely recommend these guys (particularly Jason and Conor, who handled my move.)

Go Truck Go helped my company move offices downtown last week and they went way over and above my expectations. This was my first time moving an office (coordinating all the details myself), and I was nervous about picking a company but went with Go Truck Go after reading the reviews and after receiving a quote from them that was lower than other moving companies.
Long story short, I am so impressed by their level of customer service and professionalism. From the get-​go, Sean was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to emails and phone calls meaning that every time a minor detail came up, I could rest easy knowing it was taken care of. The movers, Connor and Richy, called us ahead of time letting us know they would be arriving early, which was welcome news to us. They worked so hard for us moving our heavy, awkward furniture even with our super awkward parking/​loading situation at both buildings. They went above and beyond to complete our move in 4 hours (which was still less than some other moving companies had quoted us when I was shopping around) and were smiling and joking with our staff the whole way through.
I would not hesitate to recommend Go Truck Go in the future. Thank you for your hard work!

A-​mazing movers!
The first time they moved me a few blocks down the street and were friendly; from the guy who booked the job, down to the guys that came and moved me. And more importantly really efficient and fast. They also made time to come back later that day and help me collect a sofa and move it to my new place, even though I didn’t originally book them to do that.
Now I found I needed to move again. On New Year’s Eve. With 3 days notice. They fit me in last minute, packing my shipping container amazingly fast (1 bedroom apt in 1.5hrs — no big furniture mind you but a LOT of boxes etc.) and taking the time to make sure it was secure — Even using their own supply’s to make sure they were happy with how it was packed before it was picked up by the shipping company. That’s not something a lot of movers would bother doing.
I really appreciate the efficiency, friendliness and pride they have in doing their job well. Conor moved me both times and is amazing — and whoever comes with him is always equally as nice and hard working.
It wasn’t a big job so I could have got some cheapo guys off Craigslist — as I know a lot of people do — but I would 100% pay that little bit extra everytime for these guys, and have piece of mind knowing my stuff is in good hands. Prices are really good too compared to other moving companies too. Thanks guys!

I just want to say that Adam and Rob made my move seem effortless. I’ve never had a moving experience be so painless. I was initially unsure about using frog box, but it turned out to be a great decision. Dealing with Sean was a dream! I would highly recommend Go Truck Go to anyone looking for a great moving experience.

Although unfortunately we began our searching a little late and they were fully booked for the two days we had available, their customer service, which we did experience, was AMAZING.
Sean with customer service was so helpful, respectful, and worked with us so well, responding back to emails super quick and even when they were booked for the day we needed, he gave us recommendations for like 5 other places and even recommended where to get moving supplies!

I’ve had to use Go Truck Go twice now and they have been amazing both times. They are very efficient and conscientious about your belongings and walls being damage-​free. I also had asked them to drop some furniture off at a Salvation Army last minute and they were happy to accommodate! Both my moves lasted just over 2 hours which includes packing, transport, donation drop offs, and unloading at the new destinations. Communication with the head office was also great: I always received a response within a day for any inquiries. I highly recommend these guys if you are looking to have a stress free, super easy move! Don’t forget to tip them too for all their hard work!

We hired Go Truck Go for our move today, and I’m writing this review while having brunch. That’s how quick and efficient our move went! Jason and Sascha showed up right on time and went right to work. They were friendly, careful and speedy. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I used GTG for my recent move. They were professional, on time and took care of my belongings. The primary reason for my high review is that they recommended Vancouver in the Box to do my packing and unpacking and that company was incredible! GTG took the time to really consider carefully exactly what I was moving and how long my move would take. Even though one mover was sick that day, the move went according to plan and the manager kept in touch with me. I have moved A LOT. I have usually used «name» brand movers (which are mostly franchises so it’s not a great way to get good service). This time I deliberately chose a mover that isn’t «X Co Vanlines» or something like that. I made the right choice. These guys were really good.

I tend to move frequently with my schooling/​work (this was my 7^th move in 9 years), and I’ve had some really awful experiences with movers. This was — by far — the most pleasant moving experience I’ve ever had. Communication with the company was great — emails were responded to within a day, and a confirmation email was sent the week of. On the day of the move, Conor and Sasha arrived right on time, and quickly and efficiently started the move. They were friendly, professional, and did everything they could to make the moving process go as smoothly as possible. It was clear that these guys were experienced movers. Nothing was damaged in the move (not even my IKEA billy bookcases, which I know are super finicky to transport), and within a few hours they had moved all of my belongings from one apartment and into another. The final cost was right within what I had been quoted (and I thought was very reasonable).
Overall, can’t say enough good things, and would highly recommend them. I just wish they did long-​distance moves too!

We’ve all had those nightmare experiences with movers that puts the thought of relocating out of our minds. Well Go Truck Go just changed all that. I couldn’t be happier with the move I just had. They arrived 15 minutes early and went right to work. It was an effortless move (on my part at least) and the guys were extremely nice, chatty and very careful with my things. Not to mention the final quote was much lower than I was expecting since they were so fast!
There’s a reason they’re the number one moving company on Unilocal.Believe the hype and book early because you will want these guys no question.

These guys were beyond amazing! Conor was very easy to contact and communicate with. The movers arrived on time, and they were completely prepared, organized, and professional. The move was fast and very well done. The price was very reasonable and worth every penny.
I would absolutely recommend these guys and would use them again in the future.

Amazing, can’t express how pleased I was with the service. We had Rob and Adam for our move and if you can get these two you’ll be in for a breeze of a day. They were on time, sociable nice guys who worked hard the entire move and took great care of our stuff.
We happened to be moving out of our building at the same time as another lady who had booked with another moving company. The contrast was unbelievable. Her movers were scheduled to arrive at 8:30am and ours at 9:00am. Go Truck Go was outside my place at 8:58 ready to go. Her movers showed up at 10:30am.
When we were done loading at about 11am and heading to the new place, the other lady was making the first of a few trips to her place because they other company brought the wrong size truck.
I’m so grateful my guys were prepared with everything they needed, never thought moving would be so painless.

Moved again. What is wrong with me?
Used these guys again, obviously. They were on time and did a wicked job again, obviously. They even helped me move some of the garbage crap that the previous tenant left behind. That’s just really nice.
