We had a move out clean done today and it was awesome.
When I called the service was very professional and the cleaners were the same. Very nice girls and they did a fantastic job. Price was exactly what they quoted me. Highly recommended

Extremely pleased with this company. Arrived on time, friendly, efficient. Like their eco-​friendly products. Would recommend and would use them again.

Life Maid Easy did an amazing job cleaning my whole apartment. I had:
1. My whole house cleaned,
2. Balcony cleaned
3. Carpets washed
4. Upholstery cleaned
They waited for me to make sure everything was done right. They even left amazing chocolate as a gift.
LME did a great job. Will definitely use them again.

Few months ago I saw a good deal on Groupon so I thought it won’t hurt to try even though the reviews weren’t so highly rated. A bit skeptical and worried but I spoke with Michael, he was so friendly and helpful I told him exactly what I wanted to see, what my concern were and when I needed my place to be clean by.
I am very picky and I was amazed at how good of a job they did in such a short amount of time. If they have the promo on Groupon again I’d purchase a couple more as gifts for people to try their service as well. Highly recommended!

Have been using LME for 5+ years and found them to be consistently good and pleasant to deal with. I usually check the house before they leave to ensure nothing was missed, and if it was they attend to it before leaving. Once I noticed a bathtub had been missed — but not until the next day. I called in and someone came that same day to clean the tub.
They are recently under new management which I have found brought up the level of customer service as they now regularly follow up by phone after appointments to check the job of the cleaners. I went through 4 or 5 other companies before finding them and they are far superior.

I was desperate for a last minute basic cleaning of my condo. They were fairly prompt in calling me back as I had called before opening hours. They were able to accommodate my request and had 2 cleaners and a 2 hours window for me the next morning. They arrived a few minutes early and got straight to work and finished early also. They were very friendly and did a great job. Took a pile of stress off my busy plate and I also felt comfortable to leave them in my home while I ran errands. By finishing early, they also saved me some money which is certainly appreciated. I have tried a few cleaning companies as I usually am looking for a last minute clean and will get whoever is available, but in the future I would definitely want to continue to use this company.

One of the better cleaning services I’ve hired. I use them on a bi-​weekly basis to quickly clean more detailed areas of our condo.
They’re little hassle and relatively affordable.

Hired them to clean my home in preparation to be listed on MLS. Forced to pay for two cleaners and the job was TERRIBLE. Oven still dirty, took them a ridiculous amount of time to dust the California shutters. The bathrooms were not up to professional standards. I’ll NEVER hire them again. What a waste of money!

Possibly the most disappointing cleaning experience ever.
For 2 cleaners coming into a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 hours (paid almost $ 200!), they barely lifted a finger. The previous tenants had moved in such a hurry that they didn’t clean up any spills, or wipe anything down so dust and sticky unknowns had accumulated in the solarium and kitchen.
We paid for the Moving-​In/​Moving-​Out service so it’d be ready before we moved into the apartment.
From their website: Let us help you alleviate the stresses of moving by making sure your new home is sparkling clean, fresh and nothing less than perfect.
This is FAR from what we got. In fact, it was the absolute opposite.
Everything listed that would be done on the website? NOT AT ALL. Baseboards were not cleaned. All sticky residue was left on all counters and floor. Cabinets were as dirty as we found them. Don’t even get me started on the stove top. Promises of steam-​mopped floors, cleaned mirrors, and tracks were broken.
Talk about making a stressful move even more stressful.
Coming back to the apartment, expecting a «sparkling clean, fresh, and nothing less than perfect» feel, only to see it be exactly as dirty as it was when I left and having to clean the whole damn place myself, was juuuuuuuuuuust what I was looking for! THANKS LME.
If I could give them negative stars — would they be called black holes? — I would.

If I could rate it zero stars, I would.
I tried this service because I was in a hurry… bad mistake.
I was quoted one rate on the phone, saw a different (cheaper) rate on the job ticket the cleaners showed me and then was emailed an entirely different rate on the final invoice (much more expensive).
I’ve sent an email to the business and I’m awaiting a response to see what will be done.
The bottom line is though, they did a HORRIBLE JOB cleaning. Dirt left in the apartment, areas of the apartment not even cleaned. Blinds left dirty, walls left dirty.
Obviously I’ll never hire them again. Horrible, horrible company.
