Had the tortilla soup it was so salty that I felt like I was eating those instant kimchi noodles, like sodium sweats salty. My boyfriend’s burrito was«meh».

The service was amazing! The guy who made our burritos was incredibly friendly and offered his recommendations when he found out we hadn’t been there before. The value you get for the meal is amazing; I couldn’t even finish my burrito. I think $ 1.60 for guac is a little high, but overall the meal was less than $ 10 incl. a drink. The food itself was pretty good. I would have preferred re-fried beans and the chicken looked a little sub-par, but all together, it tasted pretty good. I’d go back for a burrito, but first, I might check out some other places in the area — I’m not 100% sold.

Stale tortillas can really ruin a burrito. I’ve been here a couple times and when the food is fresh it can be pretty good. Today my tortilla was stale though and it ruined the meal. I noticed that when the manager steamed my tortilla he did it 3 times instead of the usual 1 time. I didn’t think much of it at first but I guess he noticed that the tortilla was rock hard and thought he could maybe steam the staleness out. Unfortunately that doesn’t work. My tortilla was rock hard and the burrito tasted like crap. In the future I hope they can afford toss out stale tortillas and serve fresh ones instead.

Pretty gross! The chicken had cartilage in it, the onions had skin on them, the cheese was dry and stale. I could only do 3 bites, before I wanted to throw up. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of care put into the preparation of the ingredients… For a chipotle clone, of low quality food, they should at least be a couple bucks cheaper, but that’s not the case either. Just go to chiopotle and get fresher, higher quality food, that tastes great for the same price.

I have tried a lot of burrito places in Vancouver and this is the best. Friendly staff at this location.

I go here about once a week for a veggie burrito, and they have always been delicious. I get them to go and live a 5 min walk away, so they’ve never gotten soggy. The staff are friendly and know my order by now, although some of them put more stuff in the burritos than others. The food is always very fresh, and the rice and onions are never too greasy. The price is also very good, with a veggie burrito at only $ 5 during their happy hour. You really can’t get anything else that cheap, fresh and delicious anywhere in the city. One bad thing — I once found a piece of meat in my burrito, and I’ve been vegetarian for 3 years now, so this really freaked me out. There doesn’t seem to be an issue with cross-contamination since I’ve gotten their food at least 30 times and this has only happened once. This would be really bad for someone who was veggie for religious reasons.

A Good Place to go when I’m in a bit of a rush but need something before work. Not greasy or expensive, which is a bonus. The staff seem friendly too.

I was so excited when the sign first came up; tried it finally when it opened, and couldn’t be happier. It was the same Red Burrito I loved from the Drive. The place has a decent amount of seating, and the food is delicious as always. The prices have gone up, but what place hasn’t? The size of the burritos are well worth it.

NASTY!!! After enjoying Red Burrito at other locations for 5 years, When my BF asked if I wanted my usual order. This consists of a Burrito bowl featuring chicken & shrimp. He arrived home with it. He also got the guacamole and chips — this turned out to be the only edible part of the order. However, even the guacamole was brownish on the top edges. The bowl itself was not edible. It was disgusting. The chicken was hard as a rock but at the same time rubbery(like eating an eraser). It was also covered in skin. Yuck! |I had a few bites, fished around the chicken for a shrimp(which was only slightly better) How sad it is when you are used to something being so good, so consistent. Then you get let down. I forgot my own rule«Go in with low expectations so you can be pleasantly surprised» I want to give it a one star, he says give it a two. Hmmmmmm Ok, I will give it a two but very very reluctantly. When Downtown — Go to the Robson location!!!

It’s Happy Hour after 3:30 pm: Good tacos($ 1.50) and meal sized burritos with chicken and shrimp($ 4.50) and filling. Friendly and sweet service. Not ground beef, but a different type in taco. Good green mild sauce.

I thought their burritos were disgusting. Firstly I walked in, it was dead not a single customer in sight. Yet it took the employee a good 3 minutes to come from the back after I rang the bell. They were rude and very unfriendly! The food was unsatisfying, very bland no spices or flavor, the rice was hard and tasted as if it had been sitting out for a while! It is overpriced for what it is! I honestly don’t suggest this place at all!
