I am very impressed by the food and experience here. Staff were very attentive and explained each dish in great detail. Each dish is a gastronomic experience. Be warned, the endless stream of food can be overwhelming, after the tenth course you kinda feel woozy from food & alcohol but the food keeps coming & it doesn’t help that the restaurant was dark and illuminated with streaks of alien-like blue fluorescent lights

The best foods ever!!! My mouth is still watery when I think of their foods. We’ve been to numerous Michelin star restaurants and this place has been the best.

I was really sad when I could not get reservations at tickets but I was able to score reservations to 41 degree experience. We scheduled our Spain trip around these reservations and this is by far the best meal I have had. Albert Adria did an amazing job with this place and every bite was a delight.

Heavenly food but in a strange and surreal atmosphere. First, you need to book here in advance. They require a 50euro deposit per person which is applied to the meal when you actually eat here. When you walk in, it kind of makes you think someone might have smoked something while designing the décor. Weird and wasn’t really my taste but whatever. The food was worth going for. FYI, it is 41 courses of food with some cocktails included. They will email you ahead of time as well as confirm when you get there whether you drink(the cocktails become mocktails if you don’t drink). The plates are artistically composed and makes you almost sad to eat it. Otherwise, despite 41 courses, they are all small bites so you won’t feel horrendously full when you finish. Also, you don’t need to remember everything because they give you a printed menu at the end. If you don’t like molecular gastronomy, don’t come here. They combine interesting flavors with molecular gastronomy. Was I glad I went? Definitely… Would I go again? Maybe, but mostly just due to the expense… hard to justify that kind of meal on a daily basis but I would go again to take others there.

Crème de la crème. Best of the best. Unique. A gastronomical journey. My palate went around the world at 41 degrees. I could talk for hours about this meal however I will put the main points here. On our honeymoon my wife and I splurged for 41 degrees and took a journey through 41 amazing, incredibly detailed tapas that journeyed the world. Each tapas was a unique creation that almost was to beautiful and delicate to eat. This dining experience is also«an audio and visual experience». As you go through the various tapas the sounds and sights around you change to compliment the meal. The taste was even more amazing then the presentation. The kitchen and waiters are in sync as your eat your meal. The wine pairings are a must and they complement the meal exquisitely. We left full, satisfied, and in awe. My wife and I could not stop talking about the most delicious and beautiful meal we have ever had.

The ultimate dining experience !!! This is hands down the most creative, innovative food experience surpassing French Laundry, Alinea and Saison. 41 courses/bites that take you around the world. The service matched the food and we felt very relaxed and comfortable. It is more than a meal, a true experience playing with all of your senses.

NOTE: This review is for the bar only, and not for the eating /drinking«experience.» My wife and I were really excited to try 41 degrees on our last night in Barcelona, to see what kind of creative drinks they would make and just enjoy the whole bar experience. We showed up about 10 minutes before midnight — their website says they allow people who don’t have dinner reservations in at midnight to enjoy the bar — and at midnight there was no indication that they were letting people in. Only after peering into the door for awhile did someone come out and tell us that there were a couple open seats at the bar. The room and the bar were beautiful, and everyone finishing up their meals looked very happy, which made us even more excited. Sadly, that was the«climax» of our«experience» at 41 degrees. Once we sat down at the bar, it took 5 minutes to get drink menus, another 10+ minutes before anyone took our drink order(note, there were only about 6 people sitting at the bar, and 3 – 4 bartenders making drinks), and another 15 – 20 minutes before we got our drinks. Our first round of drinks were good, but nothing mind-blowing and definitely not worth the 14 Euros each. I thought San Francisco cocktails were expensive, but nothing compared to 41 degrees! However, since we had made such an effort to go to 41 degrees and since it was our last night, we decided to try one more drink. We were hoping that as we finished our first round that someone would ask us if we wanted another — nope. Then we kept trying to eye any and all or the bartenders to get their attention. About 15 – 20 minutes later, we finally got the attention of a very un-interested bartender, who 15 minutes later brought us another underwhelming cocktail. We should’ve just gone home. Sadly, our«experience» at 41 degrees was negative in all respects. However, if we’re back in Spain, we’ll probably try to get the whole eating /drinking experience, and maybe it’ll be completely different next time.

Do you need a meal of 41 amuse bouche? No. Do you need a meal that take 2 ½ and a trip around the world though the eyes of modernist chef? No. Was it totally fucking awesome and something special. HELLYES! Things to note– 1. it’s 41 one amuses, not 41 course and many are served together. This is a good thing. 41 course would be way too much for and it is really interesting to see how it progresses and works with all the dishes. Ingredients like yuzu and wasabi popped up in quite a few dishes 2.they were very accommodating to dietary needs. Other than not drinking alcohol I don’t have any but they made five different drinks that are usually paired with the dishes and are alcoholic, non-alcoholic for me. 3.they have a couple of El Bulli dishes but are doing their own things but there are definitely El Bulli staff in the tiny kitchen. 4. The flavours are very subdued to my South East Asian and North American trained tastebud. This was good thing since there were so many dishes but if you are expected very over the top flavours you wouldn’t find that in most dishes. 5. Will the dishes are inspired from around the world they are very much a Spanish and European take. When they did get mimic the original dish like ginger miso cod was when it was most disappointing since I’ve had the dishes that inspired it. 6.The best is when they took an inspiration like Borscht(which they said was russian) and use it with something like a raw oyster. All in all, it’s expensive, it’s indulgent, it’s over-the-top in term of presentation and it’s awesome.

A D.C. native going to eat in Spain… it sounds pretty damn good to me! I had to pay for the entire meal at the time of reservations. So it was not cheap by any measure and having to pay for the experience before even setting foot into the restaurant is somewhat risky… you really are relying on the reputation of the chef and the establishment. Given that this is Ferran and Albert Adria’s bar/food pairing concept I guess you get a little less apprehensive to the fact that this is paying for the performance like any good show it builds anticipation. Now I can say add more to what has been said but I can guarantee you one thing you will not leave hungry, and you will not leave unsatisfied with the entire experience! Every dish leaves you wanting more and every course leaves you a little bit more melancholy knowing that the end is getting closer than farther away. I traveled 7 thousand miles to come eat here(had a layover in amsterdam) and I enjoyed every minute of it, more over it is worth every penny that was paid for it! A little tip, it is hard to get reservations at Tickets the tapas restaurant but if you go for your reseervations at 41 degrees they will pretty much shore up a reservation at tickets for you within a few days after your dining experience. I could add pictures and I could comment and geek out on everything that was placed in front of me but all I have to say is that there was a reason that the brothers ran the #1 restaurant in the world and it show in this endeavor! Cheers and Enjoy! P. S. the one dish that really stood out for me was the homage to NoMa, the beef carpaccio with spicy pickled carrot was really the best 2 bites of my life… astounding for something so compact to really leave that type of memory from my palate.

This experience was superb in every way! Made reservations almost 2 months ago online, required to leave a 50 euro /person deposit. Had a 7:30PM reservation, which is extremely early for Barcelona. As soon as we walked in, staff was extremely welcoming and presented an aperol based cocktail to start. They offered a wine pairing for dinner, but we opted for a bottle of wine(som was very helpful). Each course was set out in various countries from Spain, Japan, Peru, Korea, Denmark, Russia and more. Very thoughtful service and presentation. Food was incredible(see pics of almost every course posted! my husband thought it was a bit annoying). Pricey but worth every penny… Took four hours to complete the entire meal.

Best ever. There, said it. Just to catch everyone up though, since the reviews here are somewhat sparse: latest is that you must pre-pay to reserve a table. Not so surprising since it’s a tiny place. Bar doesn’t seat anyone until 23:30. It’s very expensive. But what you get are lots of spectacular little creations, some of which are drinks, or at least, made out of what are usually drink ingredients. Staff is super friendly and laid back. No pretension at all. Wish I could eat here regularly!

We stopped here for drinks and to bask in the glory that is Tickets. We couldn’t get a reservation there since we didn’t even book our trip two months in advance, but if it’s anything like the cocktails and bar snacks at 41 degrees I will certainly plan another trip around it. Each drink involved various ingredients, techniques, and a little bit of booty shaking(which is welcome from the hottie bartenders). Do stop here if you get a chance!

We stopped by during our last trip to Barcelona. Easily one of the best meals we had in all our travels. When we first arrived there was a huge line, so we sat outside at the counter, which was pretty awesome if you ask me. You get a birdseye view of everything inside an out, and you get to enjoy the cool evenings breezes as well. Best dish of the night, by far, was the Parmesan ice cream. So simple, yet so satisfying. Make it your business to get here if you’re ever in Barcelona!

Many of my reviews rely on the overall experience to come to a final rating. but I was sick when I went here and it was STILL exceptional. The design of the place was HOT! The cocktails were HOT! The food was HOT! The workers/uniforms were HOT! 41 Degrees is kick butt and at the top of the worlds game right now. I hear that you must now have a reservation to get in. When we went, it was first come, first serve. That added a little extra adventure to the evening and when we walked out the front door there was quite a long line. Get there.

Everyone should try this place at least once in their lifetime — if they can get a reservation. From the creators of El Bulli, this is molecular gastronomy at its best. Each mouthful, each bite will tickle and/or caress all of your senses. It’s art + science + cuisine + love = culinary ecstasy. The cocktails are also out of this world, although in it. Each creation at 41 is a masterpiece and it’s worth the price. You’ll have an orgasm in your mouth, and that’s no BS.
