The food was pretty good, and the service was polite and friendly. I might return. However, they have a lot of competition on the street. The main problem I had was that they actually close at 16hrs (at least for lunch). I arrived at 15’50 thinking they were open all afternoon as it says on Unilocal.When he expressed concern for the time, I apologized, and said I was happy to come back another day. Tomorrow even. He assured me it was fine and showed me to a table. There were two other tables there but as he ran around, stressed lay trying to close things down, I again asked him if he was sure it was fine. He said yes, but that I wouldn’t be able to linger over my coffee or dessert. Ok, well linger I certainly didn’t. I was super rushed through the whole meal. It was a menu del dia so I was brought each course with lightening speed. That’s fine, I suppose, and I respect that when you close at 4, you don’t want people coming late and engaging in a lovely sobremesa for an hour or more. But please respect that I’d rather come back another day (and am more likely to do that than come again after a not great experience) than pay 10 € to wolf down my food in 15 minutes.

Great trendy atmosphere, yet decent prices. Good food and very nice service. Potato burger is a must try! Grilled chicken and vegetables was also nice. My wife and I have been traveling from the US to Paris the past week and just arrived to Barca and this has been the most satisfying meal since we arrived in EU.

Fantastic place. Excellent food, sublime drinks, great owners /​staff. Casual atmosphere. Was great for bringing the kids to. Totally recommended!

After being abroad for 10 days we arrived at our final city during our tour, Barcelona. Being Americans, we get hungry early and we were ready to eat by 6pm because of all the hustle and bustle early in the day. We found this restaurant by chance (one of the few ones open by 8pm, most open t 8:30pm or later) and I’m so glad we did!!! It was delicious! From the start, we had lovely drinks, a fresh fruit juice for my son and a cava sparkly drink (mixed with raspberries and orange). Our dinner made us extremely satisfied, with a grilled chicken breast sandwich for my son and a grilled chicken breast with grilled veggies and fresh salad for me. This was a fresh change to the typical Spanish menu we’ve been used to the last three days in Madrid. This is a definite must try in Barcelona!
