Wow, this place was amazing. Fast costumer service. The «bocadillos» are delicious I even came back 3 times. Also, «El café con leche» Spanish people favorite coffee is delicious. Highly recommend.

This was alright, their pastries tasted ok but they were kind of dry and the girl at the counter was kind of rude. There are plenty of pastry shops around Barcelona to go around, check out Boldú for example

Buen sitio para tomar un café y unas pastas. El sitio es grande y seguramente haya sitio, el precio comparado con lo que hay por la zona es más económico pero si que es verdad que es una panadería más bien cara.
Si me pilla a la hora de merendar por esa zona seguramente repita.

El Fornet has multiple locations around Barcelona. I visited the one off Passeig de Gràcia, across from the MiuMiu store, for breakfast. I did not find this café in my pre-​trip research, but rather by following a stream of locals entering the café when I walked by. I had a difficult time choosing two pastries to order but was not disappointed with my choice of the custard filled croissant and jamón ibérico sandwich. This place would be great for a quick breakfast or a shopping break snack!

Great local café with yummy pastries and sandwiches. I had a smoked salmon sandwich and café con leche for breakfast… it was just right. My bf devoured his apple croissant. I saw a lot of locals coming in for their morning pitstop. Good sign. Cozy and feels authentic.

I loved this bakery. They had one of everything — sweet, savory, baked, fried, messy or pretty — in lots of different portion sizes.
My favorites were the Empanadas Mallorca (which came in small or large) — pillowy soft brioche bread covered in powdered sugar. And a fried croissant with cinnamon sugar and filled with custard cream. Amazing.

Los productos son buenos pero algo caros en comparación con lugares similares.
He comido la ensalada con queso de cabra y frutos secos y el risotto (muy maleta)
De los postres he comido las palmeras con y sin chocolate y las magdalenas y todo muy bueno

Good coffee, excellent pastries, nice ambiance mixing tourists with locals, and cheap prices which makes this bakery an awesome deal. It is a chain of bakeries and I recommend a visit to the Sabadell branch, that used to be a bank and still preserve the original tiles and same past century look. The ensaimadas and croissants are fresh baked and delicious!

It was the only bakery that was open early on a Sunday morning that was within walking distance of our hotel. They had the best freshest pastries of everything. OMG the best almond cake that I’ve ever had and the croissants… enough said. Prices were really really decent and the customer service was awesome. I bought enough pastries for two, however, forgot to share.

Excellent bread and coffee. They do a very good breakfast too for like 7 euros or something. This place seems to cater primarily to tourists, but if this doesn’t bother you, then you’re in for some good eats. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Un habitual de las tardes de cafelito con mi mami en la terracita de Rambla de Catalunya. Porque no es caro para el lugar dónde está y porque te sirven el café con leche caliente, y en vaso, si te apetece. Para pedir los cafés y lo que quieras comer tienes que ir al final de local y luego con la bandeja te lo puedes llevar a la terraza.
Pero si lo que quieres es comprar y llevártelo, puedes pedirlo directamente en el primer mostrador que te encuentras al entrar. Nosotras somos amantes de las palmeras y de los brioches con jamón dulce y queso. Pero, todo lo que he probado aquí, está bueno. Nada me ha decepcionado. Así que seguro que pidas lo que pidas te va a gustar.
