This was one of the many El Moli Vell I or my mom went to. This one was pretty much around the corner from where I was staying. The croissants and café is just wonderful. The chocolate they use is just so different and I think better than here in L.A. The best time is to go early in the morning when they have everything fresh and there. Seems like almost all the good stuff is gone by 10:00a.m. So if your not a early bird your not gonna get all the goodies. So try to come early and get one of each. BTW they have wheat croissants. Oh wow so different and yummie. But my number one favorite from here is the hot dog croissant and ham & cheese. LOVEIT! It’s very inexpensive here and nice and clean. If you don’t speak Spanish no worries. Pointing is just as great. They totally understand pointing and understand some English.

If you’re in the area and looking for a cheap and tasty breakfast(or snack), this is the place to go. This brightly lit shop has a wide variety of freshly baked breads and pastries, plus excellent café con leche and freshley squeezed orange juice to order. I tried a few different pastries, which were all quite tasty. My favorite was this swirly round pastry, dusted with a generous amount of powdered sugar. I’m not too sure what it’s called, but you can see from my pictures.
