Selling fake Cohibas. Run! Really just a cigarette shop catering to the tourist walk by traffic. I figured to check them out based on the reviews. The fakes are so bad, but I had to look at them close to trust my initial opinion. The entire presentation was off. Do not buy cigars here. Fakes!!! Part of a Tobacco retain chain, different location but same store down Ramblas part of same chain even tried to tell me they only had the ‘originals’ which was why they looked different. Bottom line. Fugasi.

Casa Fuster is a little shop in a nice section of downtown Barcelona. I would not call them a true cigar shop because they sell more cigarettes and lottery tickets than cigars. This being said they do have a decent selection of Habanos that are all on display in their humidor. Like all of the shops in Spain the prices are more than fair since they have low tobacco taxes and are government regulated.
Casa Fuster’s selection of Habanos is heavily stacked with the popular marcas such as Cohiba, Montecristo and Romeo y Julieta but limited with the other marcas. One plus is that they have a better selection of the Espana RE’s and the Edicion Limitadas than Gimeno most likely because they are not nearly as busy. It was interesting that there were a couple of fakes in the humidor but everything else was authentic Habanos SA product. There were a handful of Cohiba Double Coronas from the 2003 Edicion Limitada series that were obvious fakes with their claro colored wrappers and crooked cut feet.
Besides the fake Cohiba DC’s and the staff’s limited knowledge, Casa Fuster is more than a decent enough place to purchase your Habanos in Barcelona.

Conozco el lieu, he comprado cartones de tabaco y mientras esperaba me he deleitado viendo las vitrinas interiores de sus cavas de puros. El aroma de puro siempre me ha gustado, lo he vivido en mi casa desde pequeño en mi família, mi padre, mi abuelo paterno para mí el olor a puro en una sobremesa era referencia a la sobremesa de un domingo en mi casa. Cuando tuve 16 – 17 años empecé a fumar los típicos ‘roslies’, suizos, el mediano pero hasta aquí llegué. No he tenido oportunidad ni gente de mi entorno que me iniciara a ese placer.
Ahora, lo veo muy dificil en estos momentos por mi salud.
Pero no me iré de este mundo sin tener esa experiencia.

Tolle Auswahl. Hier gibt es auch noch richtig tolle Vintagezigarren und seltene Limitadas. Die Lagerbedingungen sind einwandfrei. Wirklich empfehlenswert.
