Don’t get the «only 4 stars» muddled up. This place is nice! Stayed here a couple of days while on a nice little European vacation. It’s not like a hotel where it’s all crowded. This place is smack dab in Barcelona and apparently people can stay for quite a long time. For us, a family of 5, it was perfect. There’s not too much to say about this place because it’s nondescript and looks like any other apartment area around but it was comfortable and affordable. It’s near a lot of nice restaurants, coffee shops, pastry shops, you name it. The view from the balcony is gorgeous as well.
Overall, we really enjoyed it.

Beautifully situated in Eixample, Barcelona. These units can be rented from short term and long term.
I rented the smallest unit which included: two bedrooms, one bath, kitchenette, washer/​dryer combo, two flat screens (one in the living room & one in a bedroom). This unit could manage 5 if needed but definitely 2 very comfortably. The balcony just adds to the romance of the city despite the street noise below.
It is within walking distance of some great restaurants and shopping.
I would definitely look into staying here again.
Oh and did I mention free wifi?
