YUM! All so fresh and delicious with excellent flavors. You can customize your salad and your sandwich any way you want. The fries are wonderful, and perfectly double fried. Even my husband was questioning if he should become a vegetarian after eating here!

Yummy, cheap, fast, and flavorful! A falafel sandwhich or salad where you can serve yourself to about 20 different toppings(salad, grains, pickled stuff, sauces, etc.)

The best falafel I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for delicious and fast please go here. Everything is super fresh and lots of options to add to your falafel.

I had trouble with the food in Spain, it seemed like everything upset my stomach except for this place. Great, cheap veg food fast… what more can you ask for? I went here 3 times while we were in Barcelona.

A Falafel Oddysey: What-U-See-U-Get! Briefly: If I run a falafel spot it is exactly like this place! For € 4.90 you get 5 freshly fried(not microwaved!!) homemade falafel balls that may seem to be a little small but they are really good as taste concerns. Guys at the bar put it in a pita bread offering you hummus and lettuce. That’s all. The rest is up to you. You can stuff the bread with wide range of fresh vegetables, pickles, chutneys, vegan sauces, etc. The bar was so wide camera didn’t even shoot it whole ‚] 5 stars and big thx ‚]]

Was so good that I had to review it once I got back to the hotel and had wifi working !!! Excellent !!! The best Lebanese salad I have ever had !!! The salad buffet is so yumm if I lived here I would go back to this place all the time. A must go place for vegetarians. I’m sure everything there is great there.

The falafel here is excellent. About 12 bar stools to sit on, pretty small place but don’t let that fool you. We actually went here twice and was thinking of going back for a third time. After all the meat, this was a welcoming change. Do not pass up on the potato fries either. For a restaurant 30 secs away from La Rambla, the prices were very reasonable.

What’s not to like? Simple menu that has essentially three things: falafel in a pita with hummus and salad; falafel on a salad; and French fries. You add other stuff from the small toppings bar. You also get to squirt on your own sauces. Simple, wholesome, well executed.

This place is perfect for when you do not have time to dine until late and want something quick, healthier and filling. Yes they do only offer a falafel, salad or potato fries, but this narrow selection ensures rapidness while maintaining the freshness and taste. Plus, you can top your falafel with as many toppings as you can fit onto it! And all for a very good price. The salad toppings were fresh even later in the day and were all refilled. The place was clean and the service was great. This is how I imagine the ideal fast-food restaurant.

Awesome like Maoz always is. Falafel for 5 euro. Service was really friendly. Not really any space to eat inside but outside is better anyways.

Great little find in Barri Gottic area right off La Rambla. Delicious falafels. You can add extra toppings and sauces from the veggie/salad bar. The fries were hot & crispy. Not a lot of room inside to sit down and eat, so make sure you grab a table right away. Staff was also very nice.

As non-meat eaters, we were so happy to discover this little place. It was fantastic for meals on-the-go. It’s tiny and can be hard to find seating, and even if you do get a seat, it’s not the place to linger/have a long meal. Since we only had a short time in Barcelona and wanted to get to as many sites as possible anyway, this wasn’t a deterrent. We ate here a few times because of its dependability, great prices and delicious falafels. Great veggie find!

I really like Maoz from visiting it in other countries and at its previous location in Barcelona. This one, sadly, was disappointing compared to my other experiences. Having just come from Amsterdam a few days prior where the fries can come with curry sauce(YUM), I was heartbroken to see that isn’t an option here. I could tell that the fries I got were the day-old ones probably lurking at the bottom of the trough. They were kinda soggy, kinda chewy, and very blah. I didn’t know fries were capable of tasting bad! Also, the olives aren’t pitted. Whyyyyyyyy. You may as well put plastic bits in the food. I wouldn’t go back to this particular location, but 3 stars cuz I love Maoz in general.

Delicious falafel with customized toppings. Even has whole wheat pita options as well as white. Tiny place, but it’s a cheap and filling dinner. Tastes great too! The lady with blonde dreads is super sweet. Definitely going back before I leave!

There were a few days left in BCN, & there was serious shopping to be done. I thought I’d try saving some € by spending less on food. I’d been wanting to try Maoz Falafel since reading the reviews here, so I made my way there in the morning, before doing my shopping. I found myself standing in front of the food joint at around 9:50AM, waiting for Maoz to open. This woman came & unlocked the door, & told me they wouldn’t be open until 11AM. Oh. I really, really wanted to try the food here, so I went back at around 11:30AM after doing some shopping. I saw these girls standing outside, having a cig. I went in & they followed suit, sat themselves at 1 of the 2 tables. There was also a family there(2 boys, & dad), so both tables were taken. Luckily, as it turned out, the family was on their way to the airport to catch their flight(I know this because the dad kept saying«our chips!» & had an argument with the Maoz guy, & while all this was going on, the dad with the unibrow kept getting olives directly from the tray & leaving the seeds on the counter… srsly dude.), & so 1 of the 2 tables was free for me to grab. I placed my collapsible shopping bag there to «reserve» my seat. Hehe. If you’re going to eat at Maoz & want their salad buffet, you’re gonna need to eat in. I ordered the falafel with salad buffet + a soda & paid I think € 5+ for everything. I refilled my bowl with sides & sauces a couple of times. I was stuffed, & didn’t feel hungry until the following day. Thanks to Maoz, there was 1 day that I spent only around € 5 for food in BCN. Phenomenal. Only at Maoz. More € for shopping. Hehe. Note: the falafel with salad comes with greens, & a single(small) falafel. I’m reading reviews from another reviews site, & someone said she got 3 falafels. So I dunno. The sides are the ones you can get as much as you want of, & they are so delicious that you wouldn’t know which one to get. I got a bit of everything, & thought the fried broccoli was super(never had that before, I think).

tiny little place… not enough seating… BUTTHEBESTFALAFEL! I go for the salad bowl, and ask for very little lettuce — that way i can pile on all the wonderful condiments/toppings available at that salad bar. I almost like those better than the falafel. no… scratch that — the falafels are great. Thank you for being open late when i’m starving after too many of those GinTonicas… so after a night of dancing & drinking, be sure you keep an extra 5 euros for Maoz. *** full disclaimer — It’s also just as wonderful when totally sober in the middle of the day.

Wow, Maoz is everywhere. Amazing how it tastes exactly the same in every branch, from Barcelona, to Paris to NY. Passable quality salads and hot and fresh falafel balls. Nothing to lose your mind over, but a good spot for a quick and cheap bite.

Ideal si quieres comer algo rápido y sano.
