McDonald’s

Good stuff. Not much different from California. Ok maybe we don’t have macaroons or a espresso bar… We don’t have self service order touch screen.
I ordered the cookie caramel mcflurry not bad. Good stuff to tie up your dessert cravings. I also ordered a Tex McRoll since we don’t have it in the states. Not bad thankfully it’s only 2 €.
Service was good. They even have a person who takes orders if the line is long. Kinda like «In n Out burgers»

We only stopped here for a quick snack. The McCafe snacks looked amazing, but no I didn’t order any. They had cakes, macaroons, etc. I wanted to order one of everything. LoL. I went inside and ordered from the counter. They also have the machines to order on and everyone was on it. I actually got my food quicker than the people that ordered on the machine. Their wifi didn’t work outside.

Dose this store deserve a trip? Yes of course, after midnight because it closes at 2 am and becomes the only restaurant you can find. Anyway, it tastes way better than McDonald’s in the US.

Is this place worth a special trip? Absolutely not. Shopping around and need a pick me up like a decent (but not special) macaroon with some coffee? This place works just fine.
Now you do get what you pay for, but given the low prices there’s no need to complain. Would I make an effort to go here again? Probably not. But I enjoyed resting my feet, looking around at the beautiful architecture and snacking on some macaroons.
What this place really has going for it is location, location, location. On a bright sunny day with a nice breeze, the outdoor seats here just as good as any other place and comes without charging you extra.
Sit outside on the terrace seats to enjoy people watching. I would avoid the insides of the establishment.

It’s McDonalds so you don’t expect much. However, the food I got had 3 times the normal amount of mayonnaise so I couldn’t finish it and the wifi sucked. Frankly the main reason I go to a McD’s in Europe is for the wifi, which is normally decent. Don’t go here for food or wifi. Maybe go for nostalgia or to watch people try to get huge.

Get a cappuccino and your choice of cookie (I recommend the chocolate one, especially when it’s warm and gooey in the center) for 2.20 euros.
Sit on the patio or the outermost inside table for a prime view of Casa Battlo.
Thank me later.

McCafe with McDonalds macaroons, also a pretty decent standard McD’s in the back with freaking Kit Kat McFlurries.
If you’re in the area trek up Passeig de Gracia and have some awesome Catalan McD’s while sitting in their sidewalk café.

MC Donald’s es un restaurante de comida rapida donde su especialidad son las hamburguesas. No es comida saludable, pero ir una vez al mes, o ingerir una pequeña cantidad no es malo, sobretodo cuando estas muerto de hambre que saben a gloria sus hamburguesas. En general, y como con toda la comida grasienta y calorica, todo esta buenisimo. Como no quiero ponerme las botas con esta comida basura, suelo comerme 2 hamburguesas de 1 euro, son baratas y te quitan el hambre lo suficiente para llegar a la cena.
Este local tiene el encanto de situarse en pleno paseo de gracia. Es bastante entretenido comer en la terraza y ver a todos los turistas pasar.
