We went back to Barcelona again after 8 months and first thing had in our mind to have a spectacular dinner again at Saboc. :(But so sad to see it is closed. Such wonderful, savoury, innovative foods served according to temperature range,(We could really tell how the food changed taste and texture when cooked in different temperatures). Every dish felt intelligently tasty and mouth watering. The dessert Textures of Mohitos is unforgettable. Thankful that we got a chance to taste some awesome dishes twice last year. We will be delighted if Saboc can come back.

Came here for a small bite to eat, so we ate off their tapas menu. Had the medallion of lamb and the casserole of orzo risotto, both were delicious but the risotto was amazing! Staff is friendly and quick! Great place to visit and eat.

We came here for dinner on our last night in Barcelona. We started off with a glass of cava, which was very good. We then ordered the risotto with shrimp and asparagus. The risotto is made with pasta instead of rice. It was one of the best dishes that we ate on our trip. The flavor of the sauce in the risotto was simply outstanding. We then ordered a mini burger with caramelized onions. The onions were good, but the burger was practically raw inside, so we did not eat all of it. Next up was the rigatoni with mushroom filling. It was also very good and had a crispy piece of cheese in it. We ended off with two chicken quesadillas. These were just okay. Overall, this was a great restaurant with good food, good ambiance, and good service. What a great way to end our trip to Barcelona!

Really surprising and fabulous meal. Started with cous cous which was simple and fresh and enjoyable. Then moved onto the sea egg which is a slow cooked egg with squid ink and seaweed — interesting flavours definitely but probably the only thing I would not order again. Also had the chicken quesadilla which was nice. The octopus and potato with smoke was outstanding and it was all we could do to not immediately order another one! Finished off with the duck cannelloni which was beautiful.

Really excellent food and in a super location. Bit pricey but hey, we were on holiday. The rigatoni were excellent, very tasty, the pumpkin soup was thick, creamy and rich, and the tuna sashimi was yum yum.

We stumbled upon Saboc when the place we intended to go was packed, and what a lucky find it was. We got the mid fixed price menu and every dish was excellent and innovative. The sea bass ceviche with citrus and avocado was so fresh and delicious it was delightful. There was a poached egg with ham sprinkles and an Asian roll and a tiny burger with pâté, and a truly outstanding prawn and asparagus risotto. Every new dish brought out was beautifully presented and delicious. Try it, you will not be disappointed!

Saboc serves food according to temperature, and describes how the food changes taste and texture when cooked in different temperatures. A cool idea. We had the medium tasting menu, and the food was really good. But we were left kind of hungry, so if you like to eat — order bigger menu is my advice. The price was not to bad either. The interior is really cool with Nordic inspired décor and colors. Service was very good.
