Salamanca

Direkt an der Strandpromenade gelegen mit wunderbarer Aussicht aufs Meer. Am Wochenende ist es bei gutem Wetter sehr voll und man muss Wartezeit einplanen. Das Publikum ist durchaus gemischt, es sind auch nicht mehr Touristen als in anderen Restaurants. Es ist ein sehr großes Restaurant.
Das Essen war exzellent. Wir hatten Langostinos a la plancha, dann Lubina (Seebarsch) auch gebraten (Plancha a la espalda). Der Fisch wurde halbiert serviert, war hervorragend, frisch und fast sämtliche Gräten bereits von der Küche entfernt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Kartoffeln waren nicht mehr ganz heiß. Dazu einen Weißwein (Albariño) in einer kleinen Flasche, die am Tisch gekühlt wurde. Zum Nachtisch Mandeltorte mit einem Glas Portwein (Tarta de Santiago).
Der Service war gut und freundlich.
Der Preis: Eher obere Preisklasse, 40 – 50 €/​Person. Für mich ein Restaurant für besondere Anlässe oder um mit Gästen auszugehen.

If your taxi driver recommends that you go to this «authentic local» restaurant, get out and find another taxi. They pay taxis to take tourists here where they are very untrustworthy. It wasn’t terrible but the dishonesty left a bad taste in my mouth. I was willing to overlook the fact that we ordered a small drink and they brought us a large one instead… no big deal and honest mistake right? Nope. When we arrived they brought a plate of bread with tomato (pan con tomate) which we moved to he side. When our entrée arrived the waiter came back and shifted some plates on our table and HE PLANTED A HALF EATEN PIECE OF BREAD ON THE PLATE SO HE COULD CHARGE US FOR EATING THE BREAD even though we hadn’t touched it. We saw him do that and asked him what it was and he couldn’t lie his way out cuz we saw him do it. He just grabbed the whole plate and walked away. Then when the bill came they charged us for he bread! Don’t get me wrong, the bread wasn’t expensive and we ironically planned to eat it but the fact that the waiter PLANTED A HALF EATEN PIECE that wasn’t ours SO HE COULD CHARGE US FOR IT was so underhanded and a little crazy. Also we found out the taxi driver was given a commission for taking us there. Again not a terrible thing however we had plans to go to another restaurant which had much better reviews. We learned our lesson, go with out gut next time and AVOID THIS PLACE. It’s a shame, they would’ve made more money from us if they were honest as we had planned to stay for dessert and drinks but after that we just left.

I don’t like to give five stars but this was definitely a 4.5 experience shaded to 5 and the current overall rating does not do it justice. It was busy and we wanted tapas. They had a restaurant menu and we were actually thinking to leave. Plus, being a taxi driver brought us there, I assume a tourist trap. Instead, they made us whatever we wanted. It is a cute, cozy old steakhouse feel. We had fried calamari, fried fish (like smelts), sautéed octopus and sautéed clams. They gave us excellent bread and charcuterie to include the best prosciutto we have had yet (not salty like most Spanish prosciutto) everything was extremely fresh, great quality and fast. Waiter was excellent! We got some complimentary after meal drinks (don’t know name but like lemoncello and grappa had a baby) and little complimentary desert. It is worth the taxi back from midtown just to eat there again.

El Salamanca es el sitio ideal para llevar a tus amigos o familiares de fuera. El precio no es barato pero la calidad es buena y al fin y al cabo estás comiendo con vistas al mar.
Si quieres comer en la terraza, te recomiendo que reserves antes. Te dirán que has de comer temprano, si quieres que te hagan reserva. Yo siempre que he ido he reservado para la 13 o 13.30 y no he tenido problema.
En primavera u otoño es un placer comer su rico pescado y marisco viendo a la gente pasar por el paseo de la Barceloneta. Sus arroces también están buenos. Yo me suelo pedir paella, acompañada por un vinito modesto pero fresquito y rico, el Blanc Pescador.

This restaurant has opened its doors to the public more than 40 years ago. I would argue that this is the best terrace in Barceloneta. There are other places in the neighborhood with better views. Besides, a while ago, like even 5 years ago and before, the place was less popular with tourists I guess, and their attitude, I’m not saying about the cooking and food itself, was much better and genuine. We saw there more locals, especially senior gentlemen and couples. Now it’s very touristic and like a conveyer, if you know what I mean: they just serve as quickly as possible without much attention or care to sit more customers. And the quality of food changed to the worse too. Especially that goes to their Paellas. We always ordered seafood Paella and what happened: you don’t have much seafood there now, mostly rice and moreover, all the seafood they put is frozen and tasteless. Few shrimps, few mussels and a lot of calamari rings to fill the space and cover it… Why add fresh if people are coming constantly… Tourists, that never return, but who cares…
They have good Octopus — Pulpo a la Gallega. But that’s Spain, almost every restaurant has it and soft of course, it just can’t be bad. Jamon iberico is Jamon iberico. But as for what they cook — I felt a lot the difference. They used to have delicious paellas, but not anymore. Still you’ll get tomato bread and a small plate of cut salchichon while you’re waiting for your order. And a complimentary limoncello in the end of the meal. But that’s not what’s for you come there.
The wine selection is quite modest, except for «vino de casa» their house wine I mean, there are several types of Albariño and Rioja, while prices are quite reasonable.
Good thing is they open all day long, you can come and eat late lunch or early dinner if you’re not too picky and ambitious. We stroke out this place from our list of regular visits.

My wife read a review about the restaurant serving bread to customers who did not ask for it but got charged for it even when they did not touch it. It happened to us also – we were given a bread that we did not order, but by the time we saw the review, we already ate some of the bread. Since most restaurants do it for free, we thought they might not charge us but when the bill came in, we were charged us like 3.50 euros for the bread. We also tried to order the Paella House Special and since it was a bit pricey (about € 33 per person), we thought of ordering one order of house special for one person and then order cheaper paella; however, we were told that we need a minimum of 2 orders for the Paella House Special. We really wanted to try it so we decided to order the house special for 2 persons. We paid a total of $ 78 (not including the tip) but I would not say that it was spectacular. We were given a free dessert in the end but the fact that he bought us the bread and charged us for it at the end left a bad taste in our mouths.

Came here based on a recommendation and it lived up to its name! The paella (no shells) was great! Very flavorful and they give a good portion too! They also served a (lemon cake) type of dessert which was also very good. Staff is very busy but kind and attentive. This place also has great views!

Waiter rather rudely wouldn’t let me choose where to sit despite a whole lot of spare seats. so I bid them adéu. Shame as it looked good otherwise although a little expensive and touristey… but superb location.

Popular tourist trap. Stay away if possible! Overpriced. For this money you can eat at Michelin restaurant. Food is a joke. Waiters are nice, but the place is pretty bad.

Probably a tourist trap but a really fun tourist trap that’s really great for large groups. We shared a hit or miss seafood platter and some pretty tasty paella. They also gave us a ton of random free booze (mostly digestifs) and the staff was fun to joke around with. Plus you’re eating on the beach. It’s worth going for the experience, if not for the food.

The place we tried to go to for dinner was totally full and you couldn’t eat there without a reservation, so we walked a little and found Salamanca. Lots of outdoor seating, which was great as it was a comfortable evening in the summer in Barcelona. Service here was good. The paella we had was excellent. It’s more than enough food for two people and there was a good amount of shellfish and the rice was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. They also make a good sangria here.

Excellent Spanish restaurant. Popular for Spaniards, fresh paellas, not unfrozen ones like in the Ramblas. My wife and me ate a superb arroz negro, drank a great Albariño wine for just 55 €. We got some free starters.
A bit noisy, but that’s how Spanish like it. Waiters always around, be straight to them., especially with the few Spanish ones (most are Latinos or Pakistanis)
But the best part to recommend is the ham from Salamanca, the best akorn ham in Spain. That’s why the restaurant is called Salamanca, because the owner, señor Silvestre comes from that Castilian province and ensures that the ham is the real one. So as a starter ask a bandeja of Salamanca or Guijuelo ham, and drink it with any wine not necessarily red, you can try a white Albariño or a red from Ribera del Duero, you will not regret it.
Qué aproveche!

Bueno yo de este lugar soy muy fan, desde que era muy pequeña mis padres me han llevado muchísimas veces allí a comer y a cenar, y jamás nos ha decepcionado.
Siempre sales lleno y si aprovechas la ocasión y vas entre semana al medio dia, te comes un menú diario por 11 €, entra primer, segundo plato y postre, eso si siempre está llenísimo y cada dia cambia el menú. Te recomiendo que vayas en jueves que es el día de la paella! mmm rica paella de marisco con gambas, sepia, almejas etc. La fideuá que hacen está muy rica también y si tienes suerte de comer de segundo los calamares saldrás contentísimo del lugar.
También destaco que la comida a la carta está muy buena pero es cara como la mayoría de restaurantes y marisquerías de la Barceloneta.
Si algún día pasas por la Barceloneta y quieres menú marinero, este es el mejor lugar en cuanto a calidad precio, en el que saldrás muy contento.

Me había alejado de este sitio pese a vivir a dos cuadras… Parecía una trampa de turista sin embargo tengo que decir que estuvo genial el arroz negro y la paella. Pedimos una de arroz y una de paella y comimos cinco. Además de una ensalada variada. De las mejores paellas en barcelona. Nos atendieron genial, postre y orujo cortesia de la Casa.

It was a troubling sign when the waiters are trying to beckon you in from the street. The service is below mediocre and the food — not only overpriced but tasteless. You are better off getting a fish filet from the market and throwing it on the skillet at home.

Celebrated our friend’s 50^th birthday… the atmosphere and entertaining was amazing & food was phenomenal!!! Highly recommend the place! Walls are filled with pictures of visitors from all over including several celebrities!

Hace justo dos semanas, dando la bienvenida al buen tiempo decidimos mis amigas y yo ir a comer una paella al Salamanca.
La calidad de la paella no me pareció nada extraordinaria para el precio (por ese mismo precio hay otros restaurantes en la zona mucho mejores). Pero lo que me pareció horroroso fue el servicio, mientras que pedir cualquier cosa era misión imposible y cuando lo conseguías tardaban bastante rato en servirlo… Además teníamos el entretenimiento constante de la falta de educación y insultos que se daban entre sí los camareros (haz el favor de atender allí inútil…).
Por otro lado, la constante presión para que pidieramos, comieramos y nos marcharamos; supongo que porque tienen una larga cola de turistas esperando en la puerta. Al final de la comida llegamos a discutir con un camarero poque se dirigió a nosotras como ya era hora de que nos fuéramos… Obviamente no volveré ni lo recomiendo.

They have a patio overlooking the beach, but since I came at night, I went into the dining room which was quite formal. Many different patrons were dining in the restaurant, including a family with two small children who were casually dressed, and two very demanding Asian tourists who seemed to have mistaken Barcelona for Paris or Rome because they wanted French wine and Italian pasta in a Spanish restaurant. There was also a Spanish «Godfather» who ate in the corner table by himself, catered to by everyone of the staff members. He was served without a menu (no, he wasn’t the owner) and he never looked up from his mobile phone aside from acknowledging the staff (yes, I was afraid to take a picture of him)!
They served me sliced sausage as an appetizer gratis, and delivered tomato bread to the table. Even though I didn’t really want it, I tasted it and I regretted that decision for two reasons, 1) it was nothing special, and 2) once I ate a slice, it was an additional Euro on my bill. They also tried to sell me a half bottle of wine instead of a glass, but relented when I said I could not drink that much, and they added a charge for bottled water which I never ordered. Even though I spoke some Spanish, they knew I was a tourist, so be aware of how they might pad the bill.
I ordered a salad before my paella and was shocked at how copious it was when it arrived! It could easily have been shared by four people and the waiter graciously said in Spanish, «Just eat what you can.» I could have easily made a meal of this, with tuna, green and white asparagus, olives, corn, tomatoes, and romaine lettuce. I would recommend this for your meal if you want a light repast under 10 Euros ($ 12 USD).
Silvestre, the owner, is known as a philanthropist giving away food to the poor and homeless who came to his restaurants. I ordered the mixed seafood for 18 Euros or about $ 21 USD. The calamari, clams, mussels and rice were addictive, but I found the langoustine and shrimp over cooked. I might order a mixed meat version next time so that the chances of overcooked shrimp would be eliminated. Nevertheless it was a good paella, not the best I’ve ever eaten, but certainly not the worst.
A wonderful finishing touch were the complimentary limoncello and cake they served me before my bill, to sweeten the memory of my meal :)

Es un clásico y como todo clásico tienes más pros que contras. Lo que me gusta son sus arroces, el servicio impecable y el ambiente. Si te gusta paella y estás por Barceloneta, recomiendo este sitio. También encontrarás una carta extensa por si te apetece otra cosa, eso sí, prepara la cartera y tómatelo con sonrisa.

We had yet another super late lunch and decided to try out Salamanca while wandering on the beach, partially since some other restaurants nearby were closed. Salamanca was packed with people in the heated tent outside. We figured it was probably a sign since so many chose it. We were also intent on hunting for paella, and Salamanca fit the bill on multiple fronts.
We had grilled octopus as a starter and shared a seafood paella. The food was excellent, but we probably ordered a little too much for two people. The paella had a large size with generous amounts of succulent seafood, which I was thankful for, and we both felt completely stuffed towards the end of the meal. The only complaint I had was the lackluster sangria. Although luckily they let you order it by the glass (some places only do pitchers), it was very watered down due to the numerous large ice cubes in it. It also wasn’t very well made and tasted rather bland.
I would definitely come back for the paella and other seafood, and of course the view can’t hurt (we didn’t get to enjoy it this time even while dining outside since we were seated in a completely enclosed area with heaters).
They give you complimentary cake after bringing your check. I can’t remember what it was but we were seriously too full to eat it all. And supposedly as custom, we got charged for bread that we didn’t order. The meal was really pleasant, and I guess the higher than average price tag is what you ought to expect considering the location.

Je suis entrée dans ce resto un soir lors de mon week end à Barcelone avec mon chéri, un peu par hasard… surtout parce qu’on pouvait manger en terrasse chauffée, et couverte.
On nous a installés rapidement, on a dressé la table rapidos, et balancé les couverts. On nous a donné la carte et très rapidement on est venus prendre notre commande. Comme on n’avait pas eu le temps de choisir (même pas les boissons) on a demandé à ce qu’ils reviennent un peu plus tard.
Ils sont revenus plusieurs fois rapidement, mais on n’était pas encore décidés. Le personnel était oppressant, pas très chaleureux, et même stressant. Nos questions semblaient agacer le serveur.
La carte propose énormément de plats en tous genres… Ce qui laisse un doute sur la qualité et la fraicheur des produits… Les prix sont aussi exorbitants.
Un serveur est venu nous apporter de grandes tartines de pain, qui ressemblaient un peu à des tapas. J’ai cru que c’était offert pour l’apéro. En surfant sur différents avis sur mon portable, j’ai en fait appris que si on mangeait ces amuses bouches, c’était un supplément à payer.
Finalement, après ce service désagréable et oppressant, et de gros doutes sur la qualité des produits, nous sommes partis et avons opté pour un autre resto, dans lequel nous avons passé une excellente soirée…

I don’t know where the best paella is at, but we tried it here and another place, but neither of us four were satisfied!
We tried the black noodles, seafood paella and meat paella, but all were just ok. We spent a ton here but probably only ate half the food. Sigh.
They were friendly servers, and we had some complimentary alcohol to wash down our food, haha. Oh, and the red sangria was just ok…

Came to Salamanca at the recommendation of my Unilocal friend, Charlene L. Close to five stars, but not quite.
We arrived there about 6 PM and the place was pretty empty. Cab driver thought we were totally nuts for eating at such an early hour. Got seated on their large outdoor patio which has the Mediterranean Sea for its backyard. By the time we left at about 8, the place was starting to fill up.
All but one of us went with the seafood paella. Some of the best that I have ever had, but I have not had a whole lot. Tons of flavorful seafood. My only complaint is that the rice was a little bit crunchy for my ‘murican tastes.
Had a couple pitchers of the Sangria, both red and white. Tasty and potent.
You should leave stuffed after finishing your meal at Salamanca. Luckily, the beach is about 50 feet away and you can walk off some of your meal.

Si buscais marisco fresco, calidad precio el salamanca es el restaurante ideal.
Restaurante con salomes, ideal para celebraciones, una gran terraza con vistas a la playa de la barceloneta. Trato exquisito, por parte de los camareros y del propietario sr. silvestre, he ido muchas veces y las que me faltan por ir.

Siguiendo la recomendación del conductor de taxi, yo no estaba segura si estará bueno este restaurante. Pero que rico la comida! Los mariscos eran frescos y el vino la acompañó la comida perfectamente (una rioja, un blanco). Y nuestro jefe nos acompañó y él le gustó también!

El Salamanca me recuerda a infancia.
Recuerdo en los tiempos en que la crisis no estaba aqui entre nosotros y ir al Salamanca a celebrar un cumpleaños era un clásico como el Barça-​Madrid.
Fuí hace pocos días, y tal como están las cosas nos pedimos un menú de 10 euros.
Y os puedo asegurar que no nos arrepentimos para nada. La Fideuá la recordaba a como cuando era pequeño y las chuletas de cerdo que pedí de segundo eran mas gordas que mi mano.
Yo lo recomiendo por que los camareros, siguen siendo igual de salados que siempre y el local es un clásico de Barcelona.
Si has sido un niño y tus padres no han celebrado un cumpleaños en el Salamanca con una buena paella, no has tenido infancia!

Entre semana hacen un menu por 10 euros que de lo mejorcito que hay. Por ese precio nos pusieron aparte del primer y segundo plato un poquito de jamon para ir abriendo boca y tarta de santiago de postre. Ademas en el menu entre la bebida, el postre e incluso los carajillos cosa q sin duda te cobran en todos lados.

Menú de grupo, llegar y estar todo preparado. El servicio magnifico y la comida insuperable. Volveremos, muy muy satisfechos. Altamente recomendable

Sábado 12 demayo, veintitres grados en Barcelona, cielo despejado, ligera brisa, mesa reservada a las 14:00 horas en el Restarurante Salamanca, terraza.
Llego el primero, visualizo las mesas para ver si algunos de mis tres amigos había llegado antes, no veo a nadie, pero de repente, se abalanzan hacía mi tres camareros, con una excitación fuera de lo normal. Les comento la reserva, de repente me veo sentado en una mesa horrible, me traen la carta corriendo, unas olivas y poco de pan con tomate, ante el estres que me estaban provocando, le pido un caña y les digo, educadamente, que quiero estar tranquilo esperando a mis amigos.
Bien, esa actitud de los camareros fué la tónica dominante, durante todo la comida, por supuesto, nos quejamos por el trato, lo que conseguimos que rebajaran un poco la agresividad con la que se dirigian ha nosotros los camareros. Entiendase agrasevidad en su forma de vender el producto, quieren que comas rápido y hacer cuatro servicios por mesa.
Pedimos dos platos de frituras, que consistian, en pimientos de padron, sardinitas, calamarcitos y calamares a la romana. Muy flojo, a lo mucho correcto, salvaría los calamarcitos.
De segundo paella marinera pelada, nada del otro mundo, muy normal, bien condimentada, pero el sofrito no era nada sabroso.
Dos botellas de Ribeiro, disculpen pero no recuerdo el nombre, tres cañas, dos aguas, una coca cola y cafes varios.
Precio final 45 eruos.
Por mi parte no voloveré más, hacía mucho tiempo que no me sentia tan mal tratado, un servicio pésimo, dantesco, y todo para una comida de los más normal del mundo. Restaurante fábrica para extranjeros. En su día tuvo su nombre pero al igual que el set portes estan en una decadencia solo mantenida por los turistas.
Una verguenza.

¿Qué ofrece el sitio? Pues a pesar de que tenga todas las papeletas para ser una «trampa para turistas» no lo es: sirve unas muy buenas paellas a pié de playa, con atención agradable y bien de precio.
Tras este resumen de lo que ofrece el Salamanca he de hablar de la decoración, inconmensurable de este sitio tanto por dentro como por fuera. Por fuera unas letras verde fluorescente que hacen las delicias de cualquier restaurante llamado «Oasis», los bidones de cerveza esperando en la calle, las ventanas «a la castellana», traídas de las tierras charras… porque sí, evidentemente, los dueños del lugar son salmantinos.
Por dentro un abigarramiento sobrenatural de fotografías y recortes de periódicos como caras de Bélmez de que arremolinan subiendo escaleras y tocan el techo. Vajillas decoradas, sillas con cubierta de tela, cubiertos repujados y de tela también, las servilletas.
Luego, desde la terraza, siempre puedes andar divisando personajes y personajillos que deambulan arriba y abajo con su paseo playero.

En mi último viaje a Barcelona, me recondaron ir a tomar una paella a este sitio. Normalmente, estos locales, en primera linea de playa, aunque sea la Barceloneta, que es lo que es, me suelen dar un poco de repelús.
Aunque el local tiene dos plantas, aprovecho para decir que decoradas con un gusto «particular», lo suyo es tomarse una paella en la terraza. La camarera rubísima de acento del este te acomodará en un sitio.
No estaba muy convencido del sitio, ni de los camareros, y pensé nos van a dar una sablazo por un arroz malo. Y, en este caso me equivoqué.
La paella, sin ser yo un gran experto, me pareció deliciosa. De gusto, de textura y de tropezones,…, y tampoco fue un sablazo.

Bien choisir vos plats sur la carte vous même, né pas laissé les serveurs très aimables choisir pour vous, car la douloureuse peut être imprésionnante :

Es verdad, ahora ya no voy pero hace años si que estaba bién. Recuerdo que iba con mis padres y hermanos a comer mariscadas y paellas pero te estoy hablando de hace como 20 años.

Este restaurante me trae recuerdos de infancia, cuando íbamos de vez en cuando con la familia a comer la paella. Porque ir al Salamanca era ir a eso, a comer la paella del domingo. El Salamanca, de la familia Silvestre, es tan popular y tanta gente hace como mi familia, que abrieron el hermano gemelo: el Salamanca 2. En total tienen 8 salones, algunos de ellos con sus nombres propios: Galicia, Andalucía o Cataluña. ¿Y cuántas personas caben en total? Nada más y nada menos que 550. Es un lugar ideal también para encuentros masivos, ya que se pueden reunir desde 12 personas hasta 70. Pero aquí no se acaba la crónica de este lugar, todavía puede venir más gente, como lo oyes. En su terraza, donde ya gozas del lujo de estar frente al mar, caben 250 comensales más.
El surtido de pescados y platos es excepcional: desde los calamares a la andaluza, pasando por las gambas, los mejillones, el pulpo a la gallega, o las parrilladas de pescado y las mariscadas. Y otra abundancia de la casa: la carta de vinos. El precio sube un poco, pero vale la pena hacerse un regalo.

Me invitaron a un cumpleaños al Restaurante Salamanca. De primeras no tenía mucho que ofrecer, excepto que estaba en primera línea de playa, en la propia Barceloneta. Así que supuse que sería el típico sitio para tomarte una paella. Pues bien, así es. Lo repito otra vez, es en efecto el típico sitio para tomarte una pella. Paella jugosa con mucho condimento, con sabor a barrio, genuina. De las que ya no se hacen. Y además, lo que he dicho, con todo ese ambiente tan freak y turístico pero encantador que tiene la Barceloneta.
Nos sirvieron de todo, esto es vino, entrantes, ensalada, calamares y la verdad es que lo hicieron con gusto. Los camareros eran unos cachondos y eso se agradece. Desde luego es un sitio con mucho encanto. Quizás influya que yo sea originario de Salamanca (como el nombre del bar). Después de todo, la sangre es la sangre.

Yo, cuando voy, pregunto por Pino, que es un camarero gallego que me recuerda a un profesor entrañable que tuve en mi tierra patria. Y porque además, eso garantiza una recepción con acento casero y servicio de camarero profesional que marca una cierta diferencia de sabor entre los miles de granos de arroz de esta paella y las cientos de otras paellas que podrías llegar a degustar en las decenas de restaurantes de paella de la Barceloneta.
Y, curiosamente, es de los pocos restaurantes que no tiene nombre galaico!

Achtung Bauernfänger hier wird man einfach nur verarscht. Angefangen mit dem Brot und der fettigen Wurst als coperto die du bezahlen musst, über warmen Weißwein, bishin zum Öl triefenden Fisch der nicht der war den man sich vorher ausgesucht hat. Nach lautstarkem Protest bei dem sich dann 10 von den über 20 kellnern zu uns an den Tisch gesellt haben gab es auf einmal Café und Hierbas aufs Haus. Aber wenn du gut essen willst und kriegst fast nur Müll dann hilft dir das auch nicht weiter. Geht lieber ein paar Ecken weiter ins el xiringo das ist der Hammer.

Das Salamanca sieht sehr touristisch aus, ist es auch! Das Essen liegt im oberen Preissegment, schmeckt allerdings auch sehr gut.
Vorsicht: man bekommt Brot und Schinken serviert am Anfang, was man später dann aber bezahlen muss.

Das Salamanca ist eines der bekanntesten Fischrestaurants in Barcelona. Man kann draußen sitzen mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Preisniveau ist hoch, aber die Qualität auch gut. Im Salamanca gehen auch einige spanische Promis speisen. Der Service ist jedoch verbesserungswürdig. Abends unbedingt reservieren.
