Silken Sant Gervasi

We stayed here for 3 days and was a very wonderful stay. Marc was the best — He was very helpful with the hotel and explained how to get places. Enjoyed!

We stayed here over the Feast of the Immaculate Conception holiday and we’re very happy with our experience. Our double room was street side and while somewhat noisy, it was quiet (quieter than city living back in the states) from 11pm till about 8am.
We stayed in room 205 and we’re very comfortable. There was a mini fridge what had enough extra space (they had items for purchase) for us to keep some food and water. The location is perfect, a quick walk to the metro take you anywhere.
The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. We had some issues with the free WiFi but they were quickly addresses and resolved. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and beds made which I didn’t expect at this price point.
The complementary breakfast was more than enough to get started with café, pastries, fresh fruit, cured meat and yogurt as well as other items that could be ordered.
My only complaint would be that the walls are very thin. We could hear entire conversation from the adjoining room. If someone is in the bathroom you can also hear them as if they are in the room with you. Not a major deal but took some getting use to.
Would definitely stay here again. Clean, comfortable and well maintained.

Reviews on line were ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ love hate for this establishment. But we were booked already. But when we arrived we were greeted and treated well. Checked the hotel bar and it and the bartender works great. She was extra helpful and gave direction assistance even repeating advice so I could write it down, the drinks were good and Spain stiff giving us a great start and end to our days here. The room was basic and towels are not Egyptian cotton but they worked nonetheless. «Smile».
A/​C worked almost too well and WiFi is slow but manageable,
Bus and rail easily accessible and MUCH CHEAPER than a taxi and just as fast.

Its a nice and clean hotel… People r friendly and able to help u out esp directions on the atrractions n metro station to take to… breakfast is superb, every morning the smell of the freshly baked bread is very inviting. The spanish bread is my fav… Jus brew ur own espresso or cappucino as long as u want… Going to here is getting L7 lmetro n exit puxtel station
