Its been said numerous times already Starbucks is Starbucks, coffees not bad and you get free wifi. The service at this Starbucks was brilliant, a nice chap called Guille served me and was very welcoming and friendly and spoke very good English. Which makes the rating a 5 imo

Not much to say — it’s starbucks :). Coffee was okay. Service is fast and they are always busy. Tables are not cleaned that often. Most of the time there are a few empty tables but their not cleaned yet.

I came here to get some work done so wifi and seating was critical. It’s a busy Starbucks, but there is ample seating. The WiFi here is slow and only grants you 45 min of access. Look for the BTOpenzone network. I was confused for a while b/c I couldn’t figure out which network to connect to. I had an americano and a mini muffin which were okay. Nothing special to speak of. Overall given the limited time on wifi and mediocre coffee experience I probably won’t be back to do work.

Talking to my friend on the phone as I planned my EU trip, I remember telling her I didn’t see why people would go to Starbucks in Europe. Not to be a snob or anything, because I do go to Starbucks where I live, & I’d heard about Starbucks springing up all throughout EU. but since they allegedly have truly superb espresso over there, it seemed there was no point in people going to Starbucks — because then you’d be like Michael Scott in that episode of The Office where he goes to his fave pizza place in NYC: Sbarro’s. So really, is it pointless to go to Starbucks when you’re in EU? When I got there, it kind of made sense: ‘franchised’ means familiar. When something is franchised, you more or less know what to expect, in terms of pricing & quality, they have a standardized system. Then there’s the WiFi. Everyone knows Starbucks always has WiFi. I told my cousin that if our cellphones ever died out & we couldn’t communicate via SMS/find each other while we’re out, our next means of communication should be Viber or Heywire or email. I went into Starbucks, ordered a cup of Café Americano, et voila, I got my WiFi password(good for 30 mins) for my iPad. Thanks, Starbucks.

OMG thank goodness for Starbucks! Still I wasn’t able to get a true drip coffee LARGE… but their Café Americano’s provided the GRANDE size… café con leches were my fav at all other stomps about Barcelona, but I was happy to see a familiar face and the FREE Wi-Fi!!! Free Wi-Fi is hard to come by in Barcelona as I was not using my cell phone in fear of the international charges… Starbucks are pretty much everywhere… not the best coffee that is offered in Barcelona, but def a nice face to see when you’re missing home — or free wi-fi(only available for 45 mins)…

Where we start our trips in the morning. Clean bathrooms How many Starbucks are in Spain? The good news? The staff here was super friendly and there were some neat mugs etc. we ended up getting for friends. Bad news… Can’t use iPhone app/gift cards abroad. well… bad for us… good for the store. During our week in Spain before going to the Rambla/sightseeing we would head here. Super clean bathrooms and perfect coffee… definitely a good way to start the day.

Tja was hat dieser Starbucks was andere Starbucks. nicht haben?? ?

Starbucks is as Starbucks does… world wide its about the same. Don’t try to ask for cream here… café con leche is about as best you can do(and dont even think to ask for soy). Do ask for the ‘WiFi receipt’ to get the username and password to get online and get your download on.
