It is very clear that CVS assigns many tasks to its cashiers other than cashiering. I’ve often waited several minutes to pay for an item while the cashier(s) take inventory, restock, change price tags, etc., saying«Be there in a minute.» Oh yeah? Well, I’ll be at Walgreen’s across the street while you finish your business.

Horrible experience with this pharmacy. Rude and slow. Went to fill a prescription. Showed them my insurance card. After standing there for five minutes with no one in front of me. He said if you’d like to wait it’ll only be 15 minutes. An HOUR later I was able to get my prescription when another person asked to see my insurance card AGAIN. Handed it to them, and they said they couldn’t accept that insurance card and I’d have to pay full price. Really? The guy who I originally showed my card to couldn’t tell me that before I waited an hour? Horrible experience. Another women in front of me had been waiting for an hour and a half for a prescription that was called in earlier in the day by her physician. The pharmacist never checked his messages. These people do not care about their customers. That is most evident. Never using this store again!
