Order from here every time I come into town. Love their fried and steamed dumplings and chicken fried rice. Hate the crab in their fried cheese wontons wish it was made without but they are good. Love they deliver and delivery is normally fast and food is still hot.

When in the mood for good chinese take out with huge portions and competitive prices, NOTHING beats this place. The spicy options are exactly as depicted, the flavors are good, the family filled like happy turkeys right before Thanksgiving. Do not let the location and the run down décor drive you away. As they often say, the eye can be deceiving… and, if the flavor is right, the price fair and the service just fast enough, who needs this place to be fancy? After all, 90% of their business is take-out. They run specials throughout the working week. But, even without specials you can feed a family of 6 for a truly decent price.

I had read a few reviews on another website and I was sketchy on whether or not to order from here. I would have to say, nothing that I read was true! The food was delicious and the staff was extremely nice as well. I ate fried rice for years and now i have found this guys fried rice and it makes me feel like I’m living overseas again. i eat there so much i just give them my phone number and they say ok it will be ready when you get here. I would highly recommend going the Little Panda if you’re in Abilene!

Delicious. Absolutely delicious. My favorite is probably the Hunan beef, but everything I’ve had has been good. The lunch specials and location relative to school are a plus. Four stars for the service. It always takes quite a while, but the food is nice and hot every time. Their sweet jasmine tea is the only sweet tea I’ll drink.

They give you extremely large portions. We ate sweet and sour chicken, sesame chicken, hot and sour soup, egg rolls and liked all of it. The inside is old and crowded but most people get the food to go. Our food was prepared in a short time and the staff was friendly. I even heard one of the guys taking an order over the phone and he was very polite. I think this is just an older restaurant in an older part of the town with good food and low prices.

My first time in Abilene so I wasn’t sure of the portions. When I recieved my order(delivery) its was steaming hot, fast, and huge portions for a low price. The food was delicious! I’m definitely gonna have left overs! This is now gonna be my go to for Chinese food! Plus excellent customer service!

Hidden at the end of the shopping center is Little Panda. The restaurant is pretty small with limited seating; take-out is ideal. If you do choose to dine-in your food still comes in to-go boxes. I will have to say this place is the closest to being an authentic Chinese restaurant I have yet to find in Abilene.

Hands down, this is THE place to get Chinese take out! Especially since Wok Express closed. Conveniently located next to a video store — I mean, an evening at home watching movies — who doesn’t want Chinese food??? I usually place my order and then go next door to Box Office Video(see my review of them next) and pick out my movies because it DOES take them a while to prepare the food. But well worth the wait. No complaints at all!

The food here is yummy in my tummy. While not my favorite Chinese place in Abilene its the place that I go for takeout, as they are fast cheep and always good. The chicken fried rice is excellent as is the General Tao’s Chicken they would get 5 stars from me but their food seems a bit hmmm garlicy? to me. But when its late in the afternoon and you want Chinese food and a video from box office next door, so you can veg in front of the tube its the place to go.

Little Panda=little stomach ache But I can’t stop! This is not Chinese food. It’s my junkfast food craving fulfillment. It’s not even that good it just hits the spot. I get the sweet and sour chicken, lemon chicken, sesame chicken, beef and broccoli. But my FAVORITE and nearly impossible to find anywhere else in the lene is the tofu and Chinese vegetables. Yummy in my tummi! I heart this place even with the violent stomach aches.

My favorite restaurant in Abilene. I could base that on many things, like, I really like their food or the fact that I think it is a great value. But the bottom line is, at the end of the year when I review my spending, this place gets the most of my «eating out budget.» So there ya go. I love the chicken fried rice, the sweet and sour chicken, and General Tao’s Chicken. The absolute best way to do it is split those three entrees between four people.

Not sure if I’m reviewing the right location since I don’t live in Abilene but I go to the Little Panda in the same strip as Betty Rose’s BBQ. I make a trip to Little Panda each time I visit Abilene. The portions are huge and prices are hella cheap. I rarely finish my meal which comes in handy when I get the munchies at late night. Thank God for microwaves in hotel rooms. I’ve tried variety of dishes and all have been good. I get the combo which comes with fried rice and a egg roll. Place could be a bit cleaner but it’s still fairly clean for a Chinese joint.
