I was in a need of a charm to be put on a charm bracelet for a graduation gift. I didn’t know if they could do it or not with such short notice. I explained we were leaving early the next morning for the graduation of our niece. They told me they would do their best to get it done. 3 hours later I was picking up the bracelet. Thanks to James Avery Abilene, you saved the day!

Such a pleasant store. I went in when I was visiting family there. Ask for Carrie when you go in. She is great! She won’t yell at you or force you to buy things like so many jewelers do.
