This place is pretty awesome. I bought a mattress from them, and after a few months we were to the point we truly hate the mattress. We are not people to typically return things and it was truly about 5 months later we walked back into the store and not only did the salesgirl remember us, she unequivocally said that we have 1 year to bring it back for full refund or exchange. She hooked us up with another mattress, they picked up the old one, set up the new one, and we love it. Great place, great management.

Just moved to Abilene and had to buy a bed so I stopped in at mattress firm and was blown away! The employees were very kind and helpful. I spoke to Isela and she was great!
They price matched my mattress to one I saw at Big Lots and gave me deals on everything from the bed frame to the mattress protector.
So kind and generous and very clean! Recommend for anyone looking for new mattresses!

These guys do a great job. They are very knowledgeable and are really there to help. I felt like they were really interested in finding out exactly what I needed/​wanted and didn’t try to sell me anything else. Prices are great too!

Isela Lindquist was such a great help! She was working alone and was very busy but still took the time to make sure my husband and I found the mattress we loved and worked with us on the financing and answered all our questions. She even threw in some nice extras for us and was overall very sweet and courteous. I would defintiely recommend her to my friends or family if they were ever needing a new mattress in Abilene, TX. Great job!
