I come here at least once a week. The food is always good and the staff often times goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. The chicken and soups are especially good! One thing I really like about this place that may be overlooked is the music volume. Most places blast their music so you’ll leave sooner! This place has it on but at a reasonable level. I’ll come here again soon and so should you.

Really like this location. If it is too cool for you inside, the staff will make it warmer upon request. The folks who work there have a spirit if excellence. Hard to find these days. The food was cooked just right: like the green beans, still a bit crispy but cooked, my favorite! Chicken is baked, but still firm, yum. The ribs are not over-cooked, thank goodness. The creamed spinach is delectable. I’ve tried the red potatoes with dill, and the mashed with gravy: both are good. Wish they had baked potatoes though. Looking forward to trying their baked apples next time. Drinks are refillable, too. Our office staff go here for lunch often.

Tasty Fish on Fridays during Lent, delicious meat loaf and ribs. I’m not that keen on their chicken. LOVE the new garlic spinach. And their chocolate cake is quite tasty too.

Not a great experience. I went around 4ish for a late lunch, and opted for the side item sampler plate since I gave up meat for lent. The menu said $ 5.99, when I was rung up, I was charged for three individual sides plus tax which came $ 7.44. I asked the cashier if that was right, she insisted it was. I was pretty sure it wasn’t, plus she asked if I wanted utensils since it was to go, I said yes, that would be great. Got home, no utensils & after some calculations my meal should of been $ 6.48. I’m not going back to get a refund of 96¢, but after this experience I’m definitely not going back. Word of advice, check your receipts guys.. .. Next time if I want home style cooking, I’ll just go to Luby’s up the road.

Wow, the mixed reviews on here are perplexing, but also noting that a few are over two years old. I find the comments about being«pricey» also causing me to scratch my head in bewilderment. This is my go to spot when craving«an almost home cooked meal», when I am not inclined to be the one doing the cooking. It’s just blocks from my abode, so convenience contributes greatly to the 4 stars. I’ve had many of the options offered and this is my evaluation of same: ½ Rotisserie Chicken with two sides & cornbread — $ 7.99 which is two meals for me = a bargain IMHO. All for under $ 10 bucks. Chicken is always moist, with nice spicing, and love that the staff will cut it up.(Current special — Tuscan herb roasted chicken for a limited time; haven’t tried this yet, but on my list next time) Garlic Dill Red Potatoes — I really like these little cubed gems; very tasty with fresh dill and garlic butter. Three cheese Mac & Cheese — oh so creamy with american, cheddar and bleu cheeses. Creamed Spinach — one of my favorite vegetables, thick and rich! Loaded Mashed Potatoes — with bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream and chives. Um Um Good :) Sweet Potato Casserole — yummy with lots of spices, brown sugar, butter topped with some type of streusel and mini marshmallows. Vegetable Cornbread Stuffing — I like this with some of the brown gravy on top but wish the carrots were cooked a little more. Sometimes they are close to raw so I just pick them out. Their chicken pot pies are one of the best I’ve found anywhere. Huge pie, with buttery flaky crust, potatoes and other veges in a thick creamy filling. A delicious. winter meal, my idea of real comfort food. Today I popped in for a bowl of soup on this blistery cold day, and opted for the chicken noodle. I was pleasantly surprised how flavorful it was with the well seasoned broth, tender chicken pieces and perfectly cooked wide noodles. I added two pieces of their sweet cornbread, and had a filling tummy warming lunch for $ 5.03. Can’t beat that for sure. Service has always been welcoming and friendly, rarely have I had more than a 2 – 3 minute wait for service. These folks have the process nailed. BM will remain in my rotation for a satisfying meal @ a good value, avoiding all the surrounding fast food joints.

Chicken was very dry and tasteless. It tasted like it was cooked a long time ago.

No drive thru, but worth going in. Food is always good, but Boston Market is a bit expensive. If you havent been in a while, they have new items on the menu.

If you’re looking for a warm, comforting American meal look no further. They offer fantastic take-out catering options at reasonable prices. It’s an office favorite when I go up to Addison to work in Kevin’s office! On our last visit, we gathered up a plethora of turkey, a whole roisterer chicken, a double serving stuffing, double mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, gravy, steamed veggies and corn. We also threw in cornbread and an entire apple pie for under $ 50. It fed six people, and we had some left over! And for the most part it all tasted pretty great! The mashed potatoes lacked flavor and I could tell they weren’t made with real potatoes; otherwise, I was a fan of the meal. They also offer«healthy» plates for those looking to save some calories.

It feels a bit odd to review a chain where I’m pretty sure I’ve had the same general quality at every location I’ve been to. The only things that ever vary are service and atmosphere, so that’s where I’m headed. First and foremost, when visiting this Boston Market, be sure to bring a sweater. They either only have one HVAC system serving the whole space or have a horrible dehumidification control package because if it’s raining or at all humid outside, it’s bound to be about 55 °F inside that place. I’m sure that feels great in the kitchen, but not when you’re eating. It’s not a deal breaker if you’re a quick eater, but bring the parka if you plan a leisurely lunch. I can’t remember if it’s the same way in the cooler months. Service has always been outstanding every time I’ve gone. There’s one lady I believe is the manager who is very pleasant and accommodating. Today, I had to wait a few minutes for chicken for my ¼ chicken white meal, and she gave me a free drink just for having to wait 5 min. Food has always been consistently good and typical Boston Market fare, so just BYOSH(Space Heater) and you should be good to go!
