We have just brought in all our friends from out of state to our ‘go to’ Cantina Laredo Addison. Thought you should know everytime our out of state friends come to visit(as they did this week) first thing they want to do is go to Cantina Laredo Addison. They love it as much as we do… and we go several times a week! The food, staff, and ambiance is always excellent. Rambo as General Manager is always so on top of everything(the kids meeting him for the first time tonight kept giving him hugs and saying they had such a lovely time) and Alejandra the server was totally on point with service. Thank you, we come to CL Addison all the time and you still made it magical for our extended family

I have to come back and update my review with the fact that they went back to their original menu and started serving their classics which made them Cantina Laredo. Give them a try if you are in the area.

Pros: Gourmet & healthy food choices, Incredible drinks, Quick seating and service If you’ve never attended the Tequila Dinner at Cantina Laredo –do so! What a treat! On May 19th, we attended the regularly scheduled Dinner. It’s at 7:00 pm, and in 5 years, we’ve only missed 2. They had everything ready to go — First, Salmon Tapas and Platinum Pom margarita. For $ 50 per person it’s an incredible value of 4 courses, each with their own special craft cocktail plus sample tastes of the featured Tequila. The drinks are served with food right away and they even offer a discount with Über ride. Overall, my experience with Cantina Laredo is always great. The service is personalized and plenty of seating both inside & patio so you rarely wait for long– you can find both healthy selections or indulge with comfort food. Ask for Rambo the manager who will make sure you’re treated right!

Smaller than some other locations but staff was really nice and fast! Mole was kinda sweeter than I’m used to but the veggies it came with were the best part. Food temp was less hot than I’m used to. Fajita tacos were dry and flavorless. I wish it came with an option for soft flour tacos instead of corn. Corn was kind of cold and stiff. Guacamole made fresh at your table was good! Salsa was ok.

Had to wait over 8 mins for a call in order they said would take 10 mins(which I waited before going) and hotel right around corner and stone cold flautas beans & rice. Fajita taco was horrible, chips & salsa the best part of this meal but for $ 18 I know where not to go during weekly travels to Addison tx. My concern was food safety as no one reheated this and my room has no microwave. Highly disappointed.

Love this location, staff is always friendly and on top of your orders and needs. Friendly but not hovering and annoying. Thursday is Ladies Night so their casa Rita’s are half price, can’t beat it! Food it always good, wish they hadn’t gotten rid of their crab cakes, but other than that I never have a complaint coming here! Their chili con queso is to die for, amazing home made tortillas, the simple table salsa and chips are yum, I’ve never had anything I didn’t like here! It is a bit pricey, but it’s good quality and awesome service. Will always be coming back! :)

We had our company holiday party here with a buffet option of 3 different kind of enchiladas or fajitas. The food was delicious, the service was excellent. Rambo, the manager was beyond accomadating. If you’re looking for a venue to host a party I highly recommend Rambo and the waitstaff.

My company is getting ready to have our Holiday party here this weekend. Me and a coworker have been meeting with the manager, Rambo. Great guy. He is definitely about customer happiness and I appreciate him for this. We actually sat down the last time we were here to sample what we would be serving our employees. My God was EVERYTHING good. The fajita beef was cooked perfectly. The queso was great. All 3 enchiladas — cheese beef chicken. The rice and beans. I could see how someone could easily die here. The margaritas were strong and our waiter was amazing. I can’t wait for our party and our employees to come here.

Great food, but awful server. I’m very disappointed. Our server jose did not attend to us, I’m guessing he was not having a good day or he did not want to serve us. I had to ask the bus boy for drink refills and the restroom had an horrible smell. I ordered a torta with carnitas and it was servered on ciabatta bread which a torta is supposed to be served on pan bolillo. Not once did jose ask us if we needed anything. By the way we had to hunt him down for our tab. I love cantina laredo but, I will NEVER come to this location again. The preston and royal location is better.

My favorite Mexican restaurant! I’ve been coming to Cantina Laredo since I was young. From their thin tortilla chips to the fresh salsas(the warm is my favorite), to the tacos, the ensalada de cilantro y pollo, the enchilada veracruz, nachos, margarita on the rocks, margarita swirl… I could keep going. The service at the Addison location is excellent! Lucero, the bartender & Rambo, the manager are the best! Cantina Laredo had a little bump in the road from March 2015 to July 2015 when corporate changed the menu & concept of the restaurant. I was not a fan. They have since realized the error and returned to the menu that was loved so much! They also have a great happy hour!

Went to this place for the first time, and it will be my last time. I was surprise that the restaurant was empty on a Friday night. Had the carnitas and it was really dry with no flavor. Overpriced! I don’t mind paying that much, but need to step up their game on the quality of the food. Sorry there is other competition more worth it.

Pros: –Camaron poblano asada meat was very tender and it was flavorful –The service was very friendly as she recommended many different dishes Cons: –The rice was a bit under cook –Enchiladas & ceviche were nothing special –The frozen margaritas were a bit watered down except at the bottom of the drinks(recommend on the rocks much more flavorful)

Literally been coming here for 20 years, been my favorite mexican restaurant for nearly all my adult life mainly because of the chips and salsa but I’m done with this place! Way OVERPRICED food, less than average quality, and you wonder why this place is always completely empty when all the competing restaurants are packed. Few suggestions, Stop trying to be a fancy you need more than high prices to justify that, increase the portion size, you charge $ 16 for a fatty piece of chicken you can afford to give more than two spoons of rice and last but not least improve the quality of food. God knows how many thousands of dollars me and my family have spent here, but I’m done. Not paying double for half the quality anymore, sorry

Food and drinks are pretty good here. We ordered a dessert once and it was kind of like a rock-hard brownie. I guess they weren’t ready for that order lol. It’s not my first choice for Tex-Mex as their chips are kind of oily. Atmosphere is homey and welcoming for the most part.

They have delicious fish tacos. The Tacos de Pescado are their official names. They are really good and the fish is Mahi Mahi, which you honestly can’t go wrong with. Their skinny margarita is good. Strong and sweet with the natural agave. Their table side gauc takes the cake though. It’s made fresh and is always amazing. ~Carpe Diem~

Very, very tasty table made guacamole! I also had the Ahi Fish Taco appetizer which was excellent. The Casa Rita signature margarita topped off a pleasurable dining experience. My server, Miguel was professional, courteous, prompt and engaging. Nice job!
