Chili’s Grill & Bar

The service here is RIDICULOUS!!! Multiple patrons have waited so long that they’ve gotten up to go to the bar for refills. The GM finally brought us our food, promised to refill our drinks only for them never to show up!!! This place is a joke. It’s run under poor management and slow service. There was no compensation for the HORRIBLE service. Im. never coming back!

We ordered on the 2 for $ 20 menu, and our server charged us for each item seperately. When I brought it to his attention, he said «well you didn’t say that you wanted the two for twenty». That was completely unprofessional.

Had the two for $ 20… Had the classic bacon cheeseburger… Good… but the waiter acted like he could care less about working there on the holiday! No welcome or stay at the table long enough to hear my questions about the food! Frustrated…

This place was awful… the host was disinterested and rude, not a word to me and my wife. We were ignored for several minutes, when we were finally seated, we had to wait for at least 10 minutes until we decided to walk out. Big chains like this hire horrible workers.

Upon arrival the host did not want to seat us…
He took his time doing other tasks before showing us to our table about 5 minutes or so…
He said nothing to us about a server coming nor did he ask if we needed anything.
We then waited at the table for close to 10 minutes before we left since no one came to take our order…

Stopped in with team after a tennis match. We were in a bit of a rush and the waitress was accommodating and showed a sense of urgency. Food was fresh. Service was timely. The manager stopped by as well. Overall, a positive experience.

I have ben to Chili’s many times and as always, I had a pleasant time. I usually get a full rack of ribs and they never disappoint. The waitress was helpful and fast with her service (considering it was a Saturday evening).

Went for a to go order, which is usually a weekly occurrence at chilis, have used this chilis quite a few times and have given tons of chances to make up for it thinking maybe they are having a bad day but it’s always the same, food is always good, customer service is horrible! Half the time the person is too busy talking to a fellow employee to get my order and most of the time when I pick it up its wrong, great food but bad customer service! A place can’t be great on food alone, customer service is what makes the visit for me!

This place is tired. I can remember when chiles was good and a fun place to go. Now it’s like going to Gods waiting room.

Took my mother here for Mother’s Day dinner size regular service was excellent my mom had a buffalo chicken salad my wife had a cup of potato soup everything was outstanding I was pleasantly surprised

Stopped by after work with wife. Ordered the Texas cheese fries, El Niño margarita, and shrimp pasta.
The waiter was friendly and welcoming. We got our Texas cheese fries quick. However, the fries tasted burned and we had them returned. The manager and waiter were very apologetic and got us some new Texas cheese fries which were really tasty.
The El Niño margarita was good. The shrimp pasta was great.
Will be back.

This isn’t the best representation of a Chilis. We weren’t noticed or acknowledged at the front door by anyone until I walked to the back and found the manager … She kept hanging out with a table for another minute or so. We got chips and queso — both were cold. About 20+ min a house salad came out (they made the wrong chicken fingers) with his sandwich and cold fries. When it was time for the bill we waited with nothing but empty plates at our table for another 15 min or so. The girl did have a pleasant demeanor, but maybe waiting tables isn’t her gig.

Service was good, food was good. It’s not fancy but it fills your belly. Since moving to WA state, I have missed eating at Chili’s and was not disappointed by this location.

Bad service went in on a Sunday night seemed to be slow after 10min of no waiter or nothing we just walked out. For a Sunday night this is horrible and a waste of time … We went down the street to TGI and got great service.

I was not impressed with this location because of the service. Our server was CLEARLY in a bad mood which ruins the setting. Our waters were empty, I was thirsty! The manager refilled our waters, and it wasn’t even busy.
They have lunch specials which are a good deal that start at $ 6! The wait was pretty good given the lunch rush, so I’ll come back.
Chicken bowls are fresh here, chicken was flavored well. Their menu had improved and offer more healthier options.

Check in on Foursquare, and you can get free chips and salsa… disclaimer the staff my have no clue what you are talking about.
Service here was terrible! After asking for a refill, and waiting for about 15 minutes for a refill, I walked to their drink station and grabbed a pitcher of water for myself. Besides the horrible service, it is like your usually Chili’s.

This is one of the best chili’s around. Been coming here for over two years now and had nothin but great service and good. Ask for Jeremy as your waiter!!! There’s «good waiters» and then there’s those waitstaff that makes you feel like you’re not a patron — but family — and Jeremy fulfills this to no end. Iris the hostess is one of the friendliest kindest hostesses you can be greeted by. Love this restaurant and I’ll continue to drive here no matter where in DFW I move to.

This a solid Chili’s location. So far, every time I’ve been here I’ve experienced good service. This is my husband’s favorite spot, so we often go there for a good, reliable meal when we don’t feel like cooking dinner or are out doing errands and such. You can’t beat the chips and queso, and my favorite on their lighter options menu is the Margarita Grilled Chicken. I also love the El Nino and Presidente Margarita.

Sure a chain, but I’ve always had great service at every location.
At this location, the bartender was busy, most likely chatting with hotties at the bar … can’t blame him since he’s young!
Manager came over and apologized for the delay and comp’d my beer!
Guess what Chili’s does really well?! Chili! Yeah, no kidding! The teralinga (sp) chilli is very good!
I like the variety in the menu, I’ve tried many things and have been satisfied.

BFF dropped by the house one afternoon, and we decided to grab a late lunch somewhere in the ‘hood. I suggested Chili’s. He looked at me in total amazement and said «YOU want to go to Chili’s?». Me — «yep, and let me tell you why!»
In a Talk thread recently I was begging for some recs on where to get some good onion strings; strings, not rings. As usual, all the friendly Unilocalers suggestions came quickly, and Chili’s was one of them. So off we go down the street to assuage my craving.
We opted to sit at the bar; glad we did. The bartender was absolutely delightful. It wasn’t busy so she had time to chat. Ordered our libations; one TS marg and one Miller Lite. Marg was okay, not one of the best I’ve had, but after requesting a tad more Grand Marnier, it was definitely drinkable.
We took our time studying the menu; hadn’t been in several years, and it appears they have added lots of new items.
I ordered the Cobb Salad and BFF had the Caribbean Salad. We’re being good, right? Nope, I killed that idea by ordering a side of the onion strings. Food delivered quickly.
I was really pleased with the presentation, size, and taste of my salad. The chef certainly didn’t skimp on all the toppings; tender grilled chicken, large pieces of crispy bacon, tons of tomatoes, red bell peppers, eggs and a generous portion of sliced avocado. Very tasty, especially after I dumped a handful of the onion strings on top. Those sought after strings were perfect; crispy, very thin strings, and not greasy at all. A 5 star rating for these little gems. Mmmmmm. I must say this was a pretty darn good meal !
BFF’s salad looked pretty with all the mandarin oranges, pineapple, dried cherries, green onions and large slices of grilled chicken. He said it was good, although it was a little small. He too ate his share of the onion strings, adding to his lunch.
For now, craving is satisfied. When it hits again (and it will) I won’t hesitate to go back for the same repeat meal. Food and service was very good. So, truthfully and fairly, this is really a 3.5 award.
Next stop for strings, Saltgrass. BFF reminded me later that we had those once @ SG; how could I have forgotten that?
