Let me start by saying I love Jimmy John’s but I am very disappointed by this location. First, they are only 1.5 miles from my office and they do not deliver to us.? WTH? Second, the manager at this location is awful. She is rude and and inconsiderate to her customers. Last, I know the bread is supposed to be baked daily so why does mine taste old and hard. Now the few times I have been in there and was helped by the teenagers they were very polite and always offer to put my food in a bag wether I want a bag or not — you should always ask the customer.

Just spent $ 13 on two subs (#12 and #13 — mustard instead of mayo) to get STALE BREAD. srsly?! It’s not like I came at an off time either — 6:45 pm on a Thursday.
My first clue should have been the dirty, unswept floor littered with straw wrappers. My second should have been when the guy who rang me out, after subracting «mayo,» asked his coworker «So do I put in ‘NO mustard’?» for the mustard ADD…
erm?
At least the guy who made the sammies got the ingredients right.
But stale bread? At DINNER time? c’mon now.
Total fail, JJ. Should have gone with my first instinct and hit up Panera.

As far as Jimmy John’s go, this place is a winner. I’ve been here numerous times. Staff is super friendly, and quick. And the sandwiches are great, every time! If you’ve ever been unfortunate to have what I call a «sloppy» sandwich from a JJ, you know it can be awful. That has never happened here. Only complaint is the music is always really, really loud here, so I always take my sandwiches to go, which is fine. Either way, very yummy.

Friendly staff and quick service makes for a nice location. I visit this location a handful of times each month, always during the work week and it’s never too crowded to stop in and get a sandwich.
On a side note, I had forgotten a rather pricey pair of sunglasses there. I called the next day to ask if they had been found and they held them for me until I stopped to pick them up the next day. Talk about honesty!
