You’ll love this store if you love to caress warm paper fresh off the printer, get a certain high holding a 21-page research paper in your hands, get giddy imagining the things you’ll do with new stationary, or spend a minimum 60 minutes picking a new planner for the year. It can’t just be me! Staples always seems to have creative paper and notebook options to fit what I’ve imagined on my way to the store. Not only that, they offer the 110% price match so I can’t go wrong. Why shop anywhere else for school supplies when you know they will have the lowest prices and the most variety? Why shop anywhere else for planners when they have the prettiest, most functional academic year planners for the lowest prices? Why shop anywhere else for paper when they think like we think? They should let me write their commercials. Teacher note: They have respectable teacher limits. In August, I was limited to like 25 of those dirt cheap green folders I use for centers. The best part, even at the height of their sale, they were helpful and not annoyingly busy!

I have had 4 «emergency» print jobs that I’ve sent to this location. The customer service is excellent! My printing was done before I was expecting it and the price was less than Kinkos. I am very satisfied with this location’s customer service, quality of printing and speediness.

This praise goes to David, in Computer Tech Support at Staples: Being a gal who can fly a plane but struggles with her windows 8 computer… I «learned the hard way» when it comes to technology repairs. After tweedle-dee and tweedle-dumb @$&*d with my computer – wasting my time and money – I tried Staples, where David gave fantabulous customer service. Although the repairs took two extra days, David called with helpful updates, patiently explained my computer situation… oh…and actually FIXED my computer! The extra two days and $ 69 were worth it. FYI, I shopped around, and $ 60 – 70 is about the going rate for basic repairs. So if someone quotes you $ 30, run away and don’t be a cheap Scrooge like I was!

I’ve had so many bad experiences with the copy center. I have to make sure either Tanya or Sam help me out. They are superstars for sure. I rate them 5 star. I cant remember anyones name who has given me such bad service besides Brendan.

I appreciate the lady behind the customer service station for advising me that my package would not go out until Monday and it was Friday. I asked her where the nearest UPS Store was? She said she hadn’t a clue? Really? I’m sure u’ve been asked this question before. Come on now. I thanked her and went out to my van and googled the closest UPS Store to NorthPark Mall(we had plans to see Bad Grandpa) on my iPhone. I found one at 6119 Greenville Ave. This was gonna be great if I could make it there by 6:30PM.

If I could give Staples, the corporation, 0 stars, I would! I placed a reservation for an office chair only to find out that some idiot working at the company keyed in the wrong price(reg $ 149.99, on sale for $ 89.99, on reserve for $ 29.99). Here I was, thinking I found an amazing deal only to receive an email that they are cancelling the orders due to the mistake. The chairs are barely in stock at the local stores and in my opinion, a mistake by one of your idiot employees should not come at the cost of your customers. Really horrible business practice. I am genuinely disappointed and would reconsider shopping here in the future. I was really impressed with Tanya’s customer service when I first called to ask her to make a note that I would be picking up the chair a couple days late due to a last minute business trip. She accommodated. I called today to confirm since I was having my friend pick up only to find out that it was cancelled. She recommended talking to the manager to see if he would still honor the reserve price. Managers have the power to override pricing if they really wanted to and I just felt like the manager was unaccommodating. So unfortunate. I used to LOVE shopping at Staples. Now I’ll go elsewhere. I’m know for a fact Amazon would have honored their pricing. P. S. Telling me you’re giving me the number to the Office of the President is NOT going to alleviate the frustration I already feel with your company. Thanks.

This store is on my well beaten path, so I stop here periodically for my office needs. The folks who work here are incredibly helpful. I swear I would still be there hunting for a few items if they had not help me find them(they are small, so they were a bit of a challenge to find). I always appreciate good customer service!
