Corey is fantastic — I bought all my office furniture new from OFT in April of 2015. Their delivery people were quick, careful, and nice, and all furniture was brought in without damage whatsoever. The prices were reasonable and Corey even found the exact items I wanted and provided them at a price that beat his competitors hands down. I can’t say enough good things about the company, sales staff, and products.

I won’t buy from Office Furniture Team again. I have bought used office furniture from several companies and this was the most expensive and worst service I have received. The delivery price was very expensive, the deliverymen obviously knew nothing about what they were delivering or how to do it. They were unable to get one of the desks through our office front door. I called the owner at Office Furniture Team and he was quick to tell me that there were no refunds and he could maybe take the desk back with a restocking fee. I told him then that I wanted the desk installed as ordered and paid for. He said that he was not responsible and would leave the desk outside.

Be sure that you see and inspect everything you’re buying before they deliver it. Although they have a decent selection at decent prices, their salespeople are just that — salespeople. I ordered six matching desks from them. They had four of them in the warehouse, and told me that while the other two weren’t there yet, they were in as good of a condition as the other four and would match. You probably know where this is going. When the desks were delivered, the other two did not match, and one of them was pretty banged up. Chipped wood along the edges, a missing foot. I e-mailed the salesperson and left a voicemail stating that while I can deal with the desk mismatch, I’m not okay with the damaged desk. Of course, since they already had my money, I did not get any calls back. So yes, I should have inspected all of the desks before paying for them, but I can’t help but feel that the salesperson intentionally didn’t show it to me, and the lack of callback drops this to a two star review.
