They did not have my favorite dish — baked ziti, but the tortellini in cream sauce was really good.

My buddy and I went here for a quick Lunch. We got there early(11:00) and were sat right away. The cook was running a little late the waitress informed us, but no big deal. He was there by the time we ordered. Food was pretty damn good. Fresh ingredients, home made chips and overall a good sandwich. I had the Parmesan Chicken Sub and my buddy had the Meatball I think. Neither one of us had anything left on our plates and were hunched over walking out. Good portion size and not bad pricing. I would recommend it for Lunch.

Hands down the most incompetent waitstaff I have experienced in 20+ years of dining out. After waiting for 5 minutes just to be acknowledged at the door we finally were able to make eye contact with a waiter, he returned a minute or so later and seated us. Then we sat and stared at each other for fifteen minutes or so, the three waiters/waitresses on duty all walked by us, saw us with no drinks, no silverware, and closed menus yet all assumed, apparently, that someone else was taking care of us. Three tables that were seated after us had drinks and were placing orders, at this point I figured my commentary to the waiter who would eventually serve us would guarantee bad service so we got up and left, passed two of the staff neither of whom seemed to notice or care we left. Paid a visit to the pizza place across the street(Venezia’s) and will not be back to Ciccione’s
