Pizza Hut

Food is great but bring a heavy coat cause the AC blasting! Thinking of taking food outside in 40 deg. Probably warmer out there.

I have eaten here numerous times because the kids like it. The wait staff is always friendly and the pizza is decent. But the place is always dirty. The tables are always sticky, the walls and art work in the booths are dirty. Today we went for lunch and every table was dirty with dishes yet only 4 had people sitting at them. We had to wait 10 minutes for a table to be cleaned so we could sit and we were the only ones waiting. I only saw 2 people actually working, waitress and cook. But there was at least 5 other people coming and going from the back. The only positive thing about this visit was the waitress let us take pizza home from the buffet.

I have been ordering from this particular store since I moved, about 2 and half years now. Every single time I have ordered, there has been some kind of issue and I’m at the point where I won’t be getting anything from here. 9 times out of 10 the delivery guy is always some young guy that has their music BLARING and you can hear it before they pull in my neighborhood, always have to YELL at them to turn it down. And when I say yell, I mean because it is just that loud where they can’t even hear anything you say. One time a delivery man dropped a drink in the road in front of my house, said he would go get a drink for me to replace what he dropped… when he returned, he didn’t even bring the right drink back. I understand that this is not a 5 star restaurant, but wow. GET IT TOGETHER!!! I will never order from them again.

It’s been quite a while since we ordered a pizza, but the 50% promotion we saw on TV this afternoon inspired us to order a large pizza online. Because one family member doesn’t eat cheese, we ordered half the pizza without cheese. I arrived early to pick it up and waited until our order was filled. The Pizza Hut was completely empty at 6:00 P. M on this Sunday evening. Two teenaged employees were lounging in a booth smoking e-​cigarettes. One left in a few minutes to make a pizza delivery. My pizza was ready quickly, maybe too quickly, as I came to realize when I arrived home and we observed that there was no cheese on the pizza at all — and precious little of the other ingredients either.

I can’t say I like Pizza Hut anymore. Either I have come to appreciate a better prepared pizza or Pizza Hut is really just a fast food joint. There is better pizza around — I Bambini, Marios or the Brick Oven Pizzeria.
But for someplace to drag the little league team, this place will do just fine.

I work pt for this establishment so of course I have to give it five stars. The crew here works their asses off to make sure john q public has a nice experience. The wait staff is awesome. They are friendly even when you leave them a two dollar tip on a fourty dollar order. Do you think these people are here for your enjoyment? Little Johnny spills his drink, its cute and funny, but who cleans this shit up? And for the delivery type, gas is 3.13 a gallon. Do you think your delivery guy does this for kicks? We drive six, seven miles to your 800g house. We present you with thirty dollars worth of instant gratification. You didn’t have to cook. All you did was call. And you reward us with a two dollar tip? Keep your fucking tip! It’s on us! Have a little class next time! We dont do this for fun. By the way the going rate in Clemmons is around five bucks or more!!!
