Called them, «are you open?» Yes. No mention of the the two hour wait until we drove the boats all the way over. Half of the tables are empty. Very unprofessional.

Great hand-made food, not bags and microwaves here! Amazing service-spoke with the owners and creators in the kitchen-top-notch folks who enjoy what they’re doing and care about the customer. The only bad thing I can say is that they close for the winter and I will miss them!

Love this place… they are really serving great from scratch food. So far I have had the Chicken Fried Steak and the Turkey sandwich. I love Chicken Fried Steak… it might make my «before the electric chair» meal. My friend Shannon is from Illinois and has never had a Chicken Fried Steak. She says it seems gross and unhealthy. I will agree with the latter but I’m sure my friend Candy could justify the meal as being«not that bad». She’s good at that. I’m thinking I can get Shannon to try the CFS sometime this summer. She likes to jog a lot. My wife is from Brasil and she even likes CFS. Although everyone knows South Americans don’t believe in gravy. They do believe in ham. My wife is getting more Americanized everyday. IMO… when you start eating gravy you pretty much have adopted our great culture. That and she has started wearing jean shorts, tennis shoes and an eskimo joe’s t shirt. They put Barrel of Monkeys on every table. I’m not really sure how the game works but it’s nice to have something to do while sitting there. If someone knows how to plays this could you please email me. Back to the Quarterdeck… awesome spot on the lake and I highly recommend. I’ll let everyone know when Shannon tries the steak. I’ll post pictures on my blog wall myface instantgram, snapchats.

Best food on Grand. Matt is an awesome chef. Great family run business located at Tera Mirada Marina. They do a breakfast buffet which has OMG so good cinnamon rolls. They also have lunch and dinner menu. I kept asking Matt to make me a portabello sandwich so they put on the menu and its excellent! Even my beef loving friends love it.
