I just called this afternoon to ask what time they were closing and Tony said 7p. m
So we get there and the door is locked at 516p.m.like really? Wtf!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I went here and rented some stuff (which was damaged when we received it and they refused to replace it) and all was good at first people were friendly but when I was about to leave the island and decided to turn the stuff back in they refused to pick it up, and charged my card multiple times for full payment without my approval. I had to contact my bank to deactivate my credit card and when I contacted them about that the person on the phone gave me an attitude and said I needed to return the stuff, which is what I had been trying to do for about 2 weeks. When im at work the guys come to pick up the merchandise, the two guys come into the house (one of whom is built like truck by the way) but before they moved anything they cornered my wife by the door and made her sign a statement saying that she would make another payment, so feeling threatened she signed it. Which was written in pencil on a piece of notebook paper. WHAT!!! So long story short stay away from these people because they are snakes and they merchandise isnt worth it at all. If you must rent items like this stick to rent a center.
