Like the previous reviewer, I found this place by accident. My family & I took advantage of the sale items, which were plentiful. Not sure if we got there at the beginning of the sale, but an associate said we should check often because they are always changing up their sale items. My daughter stayed in there for like 45 minutes and we all had something to purchase. A definite spot for Xmas shopping, esp. for your teenagers.

Hatsby is a urban hip-hop clothing store located in Uptown Pearlridge next to TJ Maxx. Hatsby used to have a bigger space but has now downsized. The front of the store is primarily men’s clothing. The back is where all the women’s clothing is located. They also have wallets, hats, and accessories as well. The workers are mostly younger people and they are helpful and ask if you need help with anything. My husband really loves the assortment of clothing here since it’s his type of style. I gave 3 stars due to the quality of their clothing. I bought 2 crop tops for myself at both $ 15 each. I wore one of the crop tops and when it was washed and dried, I noticed the words printed were fading! I would not expect this from a store like Hatsby. I was sad and felt like after a few washes, my crop top would no longer be usable. Although they do have many cute things for women, I hope the next product I buy won’t wear so easily.

This store is pretty cool as I love their shirt designs and all the hip clothes they got here. Definitely a place where I will be shopping a lot if i was a local in Honolulu.

LOVE this store. I just moved here from So Cal. So it is totally something you would see there or in Vegas. I love going to Vegas and this store made me wanna go back. It has some fabulous edgy and hip clothes. The store is divided in half. Guy side and Female side. Everything in there was fabulous. I was a tad depressed that some of the clothes didnt fit around my big tatas. :(I was able to find some things that did fit with the girls :)

I didn’t even know that this store existed. I was just walking around the mall and happened to come across this store. The staff was really nice and accommodating I really wish that I knew his name. He was really helpful to me and the other customers that came into the store. There was a lot of clothes on sale and I had about 3 sales associates tell me everything in the store is buy one get the second half off. I’ll be back in the future for more goodies.

The store itself is fine. They have a lot of edgy/sexy looking clothing. I always find one thing in here that I would really like to buy. The store is kinda dark but with matching decorations and it is definitely the right type of setting for the types of clothes and accessories they sell. The employees are what I marked down the store for. The ladies seem like flat out bitches. They don’t welcome you into the store, they don’t ask you if you need help, they just stand there and watch you with condescending eyes. My friend asked if they had this particular top in a small and the lady just said«No». Without even checking the computer or anything. Just a curt«No». Nothing else. I found that very weird and rude. The guys are fine though, they’re friendly and smile at you… but the girls need some type of attitude check. Not sure if I would recommend because of the unfriendly employees, but other than that they have nice stuff.

Hatsby is located in Pearlridge Center, «Uptown», on the newer end of the mall(the newer side which has Farrell’s, Palazzo Spa, etc). It is an urban clothing store which sells mens and womens clothing and accessories. We usually browse the stores on this side of the mall, but we ended up entering the mall from the side entrance(by Moe’s Southwest Grill) and we walked past Hatsby, and my BF wanted to check it out. They had a pretty good sale on mens t-shirts at the time; 2 for $ 20, and some items were buy one get one half off. They have this for the womens clothing as well. They also have an array of other t-shirts for around $ 28 – 35. Fancier t-shirts(kinda reminds me of Urban Ed Hardy) sell for around $ 45 – 50. They also sell collar shirts as well as hats. They have t-shirts with«sexy chics» on em, some posing with guns, some posing half naked, some with slang or foul language, some with Japanese female characters, and shirts with skulls, money, Pacquiao, etc. The shirts are printed with what seems high quality designs and they’re pretty nice! My boyfriend ended up buying over $ 250 worth of shirts(on 2 occassions) but the great thing is that he got 10% off on the first transaction. They also have an email club where you get emails for 10% off as well. Every little bit helps! The«left» side of the store(when you enter) is the mens side, and the«right» side of the store sells womens clothing and accessories. «Clubbing» attire; dresses, halters, one sleeves, skirts, etc; as well as an array of jewelry and even Hello Kitty/Japanese character items. There are«sale» items in the back as well, you just have to hunt for something you like. Otherwise, most of the items are nicely displayed on the walls or on the racks. We’ve been in here on a handful of occasions to make purchases, and other times to check out if they have new items and just browse… but each time we’ve been greeted as we enter and always asked if we need help. Especially for my BF who tends to like the newer designs which are high up on the wall where you need to ask someone to bring it down… so as for staff, no issues with us! Friendly and efficient service each time thus far. All in all, prices are reasonable(what’s cheap anymore anyway??)… and if you have time and patience, you can get a good deal if you’re willing to look for it. Very decent selection and I’m sure if this is the type of clothing you’re into, you’ll be sure to find a thing or two(or three) that you’ll want and end up buying. Treat yourself!

Hatsby is an urban clothing store for both men and women in Phase I, or Uptown, of the Pearlridge Center. It’s one of the newer stores located on the 1st floor of the old JcPenney’s wing(Eastside) of the mall. Poor service seems to be the trend of these newer urban-style clothing stores, which is extremely sad. At Hatsby, I experienced ZERO service – the girl at the counter didn’t even budge. I probably could have moved around the racks and she wouldn’t have known…(Not good.) This store features a bunch of slinky, found-on-generic-clubbing-dress-websites spandex and rayon dresses… with animal prints, chains, and lace… Yikes. These are reminiscent of what I imagine older menopause induced, attention seeking, midlife crisis-ing women would wear to the club(me in 20, or so, years). Don’t do it girls! I mean, I’m sure there’s some cute stuff hidden in there, but I have neither the desire nor patience to rummage through the many racks of seemingly unappealing dresses. Maybe one day I will. The jewelry for women is a definite plus. There’s a plethora of styles and a great variety available in many colors and bling. And I do like the Sullen women’s attire. Played out, but irresistibly cute and trendy. As for the menswear, there’s a ton of shirts. Lots of Sullen! All in all, I’d say the selection is rich and plentiful. Lots of stuff from random dresses to jewelry and menswear. The sale section in the back looks great, too. Service just needs a lot of work though — even if it’s just a «greeting,» something is better than nothing. Unilocal 365 — #247/365

Hatsby is a pretty cool store. They are an urban street wear apparel store for guys and girls. It seems they have two split sides, left side for guys and right side for girls. They have some cool Filipino themed shirts. They also have a lot of cool accessories such as rosary necklaces, bandanas, decals, stickers, flags, bracelets, and other knick knackedy kind of stuff. They have some pretty flashy things for the ladies as well. I don’t really check out that section much because obviously I am not a girl haha. The staff and customer service is good. The prices are decent for the stuff that they have. It may seem kinda pricey though. However, they do have sales such as BYOB, buy one get one, or buy 2 for the price of one kind of sales. The style and stuff in the store itself is pretty unique from the local urban street wear stores such as Prototype and In4mation. It seems like this retailer is more mainland based. It’s located in the uptown portion of Pearlridge Mall right next to Aloha Sushi, PipeDreams, 808 Bounce, where Pricesbusters used to be, and Moe’s Southwest Grill. You can’t really miss it if you are walking around that area. I like to stop by this area often just to see if they have any cool stuff coming and happening around. Unilocal 365 Challenge #238/365
