Worst Pizza Hut that I have ever been to! Tried this location 2 times! The pizza wasn’t any good, service was terrible. I requested a specific pizza on buffet, after waiting 25 minutes I asked the waitress about it, she told me that it was almost ready. Then she asks me what kind of pizza did I want, I told her but then I start wondering why she was asking me that if it was almost ready! Then I see her go back & tell them to make the pizza. Obviously she forgot to put the order in then lied to me about it. By then it was time for me to go back to work. Also she never came back to check on me, refill my drink or anything. Also the bread sticks and marinara sauce on the buffet were cold.
I will never go back to this location!

Called in a order then got there around 15 mins after the guy on the phone told me it would be ready… I was called up to pay then waited with everyone else for about 30 mins.
When I asked what was going on they told me that they didn’t have my order information, I mentioned the fact that I had given the guy my name earlier, and paid so they had to have it but they said «I don’t know»…
There were so many ppl waiting that had been there longer than me that I just asked for a refund.
The manager had a don’t care attitude and so did the woman pulling pizzas out of the oven. It really seemed like we were inconveniencing them.
I will never go back to this location.
