Fatburger

Six employees on a Friday night at 5pm with 2 customers in line, and they were all too busy screwing around to get their jobs done?!? I ordered a burger fries and shake to go and they forget the fries? Seriouly, they weren’t busy in the slightest not that should ever excuse poor service. Gawd, I miss In-​N-​Out, in more than FORTY year of going there, not once has an order been shorted or incorrect, and they still know the meaning of customer service. Then when I didn’t tip them for their crappy service, the smart-​ass cashier rang the bell and yelled, «Fat tip!» Yeah… I’ve got your fat tip, do us all a favor and get the hell out of the customer service industry, jerks!

What a disgrace the management is at this location inside of Quest casino. I had a field trip with some seniors i take from a nursing home. We help them order their food and help feed some of them. About 15min into eating. Young punk Manager Tim comes and says that cashier didnt charge for some of the extras and if we can pay for it (cheese and bacon $ 2 and some change) but the senior is allergic to bacon? SO… lucky they didnt get the bacon that they are trying to charge us.
Told the kid Tim that gets an attitude and says «Well guess i will have to take it from the cashier then.» Shaking his head. Hope Fat burger corporate reads this. Because you guys need to train Tim. Especially to work inside a casino where people are trying have a good time. That reflects on Quest casino and not sure how that effects Fat burger when they need to renew their lease with them.
The cashier lady was very kind, sorry that she has to work under that management, she would make a better manager in my opinion, so if corporate does decide to look into and need to train someone pick her.

There was a gal in front of us who tried ordering a kids meal for her son or daughter (staying in the hotel) and because they were not present they were unable to purchase the kids meal. Let me put it this way, HOW CHILDISH IS THAT!!! We decided after waiting in line behind her for at least 10 min that we would NOT patronize this place either.
Get real, you are only a burger joint and not even that good in fact!!!

The juicest chicken burger I’ve ever had and you can sub the regular bun for a whole wheat or gluten free one. The people there were really nice and super friendly! My friend loved his burger– he said it was just like homemade.

Good food, and its made relatively timely. Poor customer service. I have been here way more then a handful of times and maybe only felt «5 star» customer service one of those times. Most of the time theres a cashier right in front of me for several minutes before even taking my order. I understand maybe they are completing a task or finishing the last transaction, but its not too hard to look up and smile and say I will be right with you, or something along those lines. Some of the experiences the cashiers have even seemed flat out rude. Would I come here again? Yes, definitely because the burgers are awesome. Would I come for the customer service? Never. This is one of those places that it’s a good thing the food is amazing, because you will always come back for it despite customer service. Plus its open 24 hours so if you are gambling late, it’s the way to go.

So good, timely and lots of choices. When ordering from the room, kind of rude over the phone but very quick at delivery and always ask for condiments! We made that mistake once and never again!

Soooooo delicious. Spendy but worth it *think 5 Guys*. Next time I’m in the area I will stop by.

Got my Fatburger on. Got a medium (1/​3lb) and it was good and as consistent as the other Fatburgers I have ever had. This one is located in Northern Quest Casino and a very convenient place to eat at the casino. Juicy and tasty… Yumm.

huge portions, cool staff communication. Triple xl with bacon fries and a drink is what I got, it definitely filled me up, I felt like I was bobbing for bacon. Only reason I say for star instead of five is the price (my meal was like 17 bucks, but you gotta try it at least once).

I’ll keep it simple: it is the best burger in Spokane. 24 hrs too (casino location)!
