Simply awful food. Everything in my breakfast tasted like old oil was used to cook on. The scrambled eggs were dry, and the bacon was leathery which is a sign that it had been cooked for a while and waiting for along time to be platedZ service was fair, but good lord they need management to fix that kitchen staff!

We ordered to go pick up… which is basically the only way we eat here. The food was good, nothing to write home about. I had the pot roast and my husband had the chicken, we both did the three course meal deal which was a good value. They always package the orders nicely and ensure you have everything you need. Look for online ordering coupon codes, the one we used today saved us five bucks.

All one star reviews, yet management has done nothing to fix problems?
That should tell you enough.
The one shining light of this place was our server named Marquis, hopefully spelled it right. He was a little slow, but extremely friendly.
Food, horrible. Management. Horrible.

Food was poorly prepared, and when brought to manager’s attention, she grinned as soon as we started to walk away after paying. I’d find somewhere else to dine where they care about service and quality.

Worst service ever. Was told the wait was going to be 20 minutes, waited almost an hour. When sat we learned the cappuccino machine was not working. Our waitress didn’t come back to take our food order for a good half hour, when she finally did come it took almost another hour for our food. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Terrible! There were flies everywhere. The food and service was mediocre at best. I ordered the chicken pot pie and it was just a pie of pastry over cream of chicken soup with three pieces of chicken. You can see the kitchen and the night I was there, the floor show was a fight between the line cook and one of the managers. Awesome. Absolutely awful.

It took 30 minutes to get drinks and then we waited over an hour for our food and some orders weren’t right. Dismal service for mediocre food. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. I won’t be back.

Staff always «busy» which turns into slow, rude service, missing or wrong orders and poorly prepared food. If you complain there is always an excuse. Dine in has been terrible as well as carry out, done giving this place a chance.

Ordered carry-out this evening. The young lady who took my order was very anxious to get off the phone. One dinner came without the carrots, without the requested sour cream for the baked potato and without the wildfire BBQ sauce on the salmon. Our second dinner had rolls instead of biscuits. All were specifically ordered. So disappointed. Will definitely use another Bob Evans in the future.

Here is the pathetic disgusting nightmare of pancakes I received today through takeout. Absolutely nasty. Every single freaking time I have ordered take out here they mess everything up! But this is the last time I ever order here. All I asked for was pancakes with bananas cooked inside and look at the garbage I received. Home fries were raw too, not even soft. Plus they gave me no napkins or eating utensils. F this location!!!

Terribly slow service, tables left dirty, hostess stood behind counter while we were waiting to be seated. We thought she might be on break!!! Never was asked for refills, had to get our own boxes… Food was subpar. Very greasy. Ended up giving my dogs some people food for the next couple days to get rid if the boxes in the fridge. It was after the dinner rush, they were not busy, but our meals took Forever!

The worst service. My family met for Sunday breakfast. We had a waitress & trainee take our order. We waited over an hour to get our food. The waitress said it was a computer issue. She didn’t seem to care. My husband’s food came 20 minutes after the rest of had our food. The trainee said that they were making it.
It was bad enough having the awful service but I’ve really never seen a waiter/waitress not care/seem annoyed when we told her how long we waited.
She took 2 of the 8 breakfasts off the bill. This is a location review — I’ve been to other Bob Evans that were good.

This was my first experience with this restaurant. And we went with regulars… always go with regulars! Our coffee cups were never empty, service was fast and friendly (and even admitted when she made a mistake, which is a hard thing to do for a waitress!) Food was good, could have been hotter. Lots of options and worth the wait on a Sunday morning!
