They do have some great specials during the week, half-​price appetizers are nice so I’ll give them 3 stars for that, but the last time I went there I ordered a grilled chicken salad and it was probably the worst salad I have ever ordered. It was basically a big pile of lettuce. The chicken on it was luke-​warm (at best) and flavorless. There was a handful of shredded cheddar cheese thrown in it with a few pieces of pita bread in the side. I couldn’t even eat it. I walked out of there hungry. We ordered onion rings as an appetizer, and they were basically the same onion rings that you buy in a bag frozen in the grocery store & heat up in the oven. It’s a great place if you just wanna go in for a few drinks, then you won’t notice the quality of the food.

Been here a few times have tried a couple burgers and sandwiches. Not too bad but pretty average. Nice large bar. Wasn’t a fan of the flat bread pizzas, too many toppings make it soggy. They serve food super late so its a nice go to if you’re a night owl or have late night munchies. Service has always been pretty good.

Been here a handful of times. Not a bad place to hangout and have a beer. The food is pretty decent too. Try the mile high nachos over a cold one. The crowd is not bad either. Most people seem to be locals and know each other pretty well. You don’t get that drunk disrespectful atmosphere.

I love this place the food is good and the service is always good. My husband and I go there about 3 times a month. I would recommend this to you

My wife and I used to go every week. We watched the service go down hill. The night manager is not and good. We waited 45 minutes, and never did get our food. .and this was after the rush. Manager was like oh well nothing I can do.

It was my first time at this restaurant today. It was large and clean, with all of the trappings of a sports bar (I don’t care if it’s a sports bar or not). I stopped in with a friend for lunch.
I had the french dip with waffle fries. The french dip was about $ 9, and it was excellent. Thinly slicked, tender roast beef (no gristle), on a soft sub bun topped with swiss cheese. It was above average. The waffle fries were also above average.
The portions were generous, the service was good. I would return again.
My friend says he goes there often and has never had a bad meal. Worth a stop if you are in the area.

Love the appetizers! Awesome atmosphere! Great patio! I experienced a rude bouncer recently but I understand, it was the end of the night and he had to deal with a lot of drunk people but still. Buffalo chicken dip is my fav! So many beers!!! Love the dart board and pool table! Great specials as well!

OK let me start by saying we go there every Thursday for steak night usually it is great especially for the price .Last Thursday it seemed like they ran out of steaks and hurried up and defrosted some and threw them on the grill. It was so awful I wouldn’t even bring it home and feed it to my dog.

Great location and food but the girls working are impersonal and not friendly. You can tell they share tips. I visit all the time but thinking no more!

This place is meh. Just meh. It’s okay if you want to meet friends and have some overpriced booze (the mixed drinks are OKAY… not the best but not the worst). While watching whatever game is on at the time.
The music is usually very loud making most people having to tell to have a conversation, making it even louder. Many drunk and roust patrons crowd the bar as well.
A few of the servers act like they couldn’t care less and would rather be somewhere else.
Their food is not consistent and is generally small portions, bland, overcooked, and overpriced for what you get.
Despite all this the place is usually packed on a nightly basis. I think this is due to the fact it’s really the only generic sit-​down franchise «bar and grill» in the area and it’s fairly new.
If you want something to do on a Friday night and don’t want to go far or cook, this could be the place for you but I wouldn’t expect much.

This is the best place around, and it sucks! Servers have no idea what is going on. The food is only good half of the time I have been here. It’s a shame to have to say this is the best around! If someone ever open a place like this with good food and good service it would always be full.

Noisy atmosphere, but the food is very good and the waitstaff is friendly. I ate there with some friends for a change of pace. It seems like it’s trying to decide whether it’s a bar or restaurant and is still going through an identity crisis. It’s getting there though!

I’ve been here quite a bit and have to say I love it! The drinks are stiff and the staff are attentive. Great bar for singles and the food is great. The Mac&cheese is a religious experience and the Reuben egg rolls are amazing! I like the atmosphere and they have abundant TVs as well as two pool tables. Great place to go with friends for sure.

We decided to try something new so we went here on a Friday night to try the food we have heard was really good. We walked thru the door and never being here didn’t quite know where to sit. Every table in there had a reserve sign on it but no one anywhere. I’m talking 10 empty tables with a sign at least and the few tables that didn’t were occupied. So my wife and I finally found a table way in the back by ourselves because we were totally ignored looking around. Ordered wings and they were ok but kinda pricey. Gotta try it atleast once but we won’t be going back anytime soon.

The food here is pretty good for a bar. I love the grilled chicken tenders and the $ 7 steaks on Thursdays. They also have crab legs for $ 11.99 on Tuesdays, I think. The only thing I don’t like is the people that work there and that there are no sections so a different person can ask you for your drink order a million times.

Probably the best all-​around bar in the Ellet-​Springfield area — way overdue. The place itself is large and spacious, great-​looking and well-​laid out — so you can have a nice view sitting just about anywhere. The crowd is a nice mix of all ages — never been here late on a Friday or Saturday night, but the early evening crowd is great — usually not lacking for some amount of eye candy, and the bartenders are easy on the eyes.
Great selection of food, reasonably-​priced. It’s served pretty fast, and the one thing I really have to complement the manager/​owner on is the training and attentiveness of the wait staff. I have seldom been at ANY restaurant where not only our own waitress, but ALL the waitresses checked in with us as they walked by to make sure everything was OK and to see if we needed anything. This has been consistent over a dozen or more visits since they opened.
Food orders have always been right and our glasses of beer (or pop) have always been full. Hats off to the staff here — really a great place, and highly recommended!

Good sports bar atmosphere. Great location for bar-​hopping. Fairly reasonable drink prices. A good bar for hanging out with friends on the weekend.

I’m a fan! …a half-​decent place near Springfield? WOW! I have to say… congrats to whomever decided to take the sweet Chinese buffet (yuck) out of this plaza and put in a nice little pub. There is absolutely NOTHING else to choose from nearby for drinks… Boccassios? Not unless you want to hang with those not accustomed to brushing their teeth (or tooth), or drive all the way downtown or to the valley.
This place has acceptable music, great choice of draft and bottle beers, and bartenders are attentive and don’t short you on pours. However…
Don’t plan on eating if you don’t eat meat, or want your vegetables cooked in meat. Really? I can’t even get a side of vegetables that weren’t cooked in burger grease? Disgusting. Side salad was mostly iceberg/​romaine with one piece of real green lettuce. PLEASE! – not everyone (even in rural Ohio) eats meat: could you please offer a decent salad and a side veg that does not involve a dead animal? My date had a burger and said it was pretty good. and hot, which is much better than being cold. Fries looked like they were done well also. I have also heard a couple others say their food is good… but then again they were probably meat eaters. =)
Otherwise… I’ve been twice and had a really good time. The inside is completely remodeled, and done rather well. Sports pub with friendly faces for a close place to get a drink and watch the many huge TVs. Also has an outdoor patio which will be nice for the summer. pool tables, keno, and maybe other games towards the back?
Just an FYI for the owner, tho. watch some of those tiny female bartenders giving away all your alcohol for free. An occasional freebie is nice for the large tippers/​big checks, but my friend and I actually noticed her generosity with your alcohol.
I will recommend to friends… especially those who live close! Thanks for investing in the otherwise desolate area!
