Ordered a Baconator with everything last Saturday night. It was very dry. Its like there were only droplets of mayo etc. No lettuce or onions.

Check your order before you ever leave the window at the drive through because I guarantee it will be wrong or missing something. Sometimes the food is fresh and not half bad, but other times it looks like my Jr. Bacon has been brutally beaten by the employees there, bun squished, no bacon, lettuce not even on the bun — I end up having to remake my sandwich just so I can eat it.
For the love of GOD, please include my honey muster dipping sauce with my nuggets! We are now 3 for 3, every time I go I order the same thing and I ask to please include some dipping sauce with my nuggets. Get home with a 10 piece and no dips.

I’ve been here several times I think the service is much better at the drive through verses going inside. It is not a large restaurant and can get crowded and backed up. Bottom line is I’ve always got exactly what I ordered. They could put a little more effort in keeping the tables wiped down in the dinning area. This is not my first choice when I think of burgers but it’s one of the better choices in the area.
