More like a take-out counter than a restaurant. They cook up a pretty good cheeseburger for a pretty reasonable price.

Wasn’t very satisfied with my Korean BBQ beef rice plate. Got it to go. First, don’t put your cold green salad in the same container as your hot rice and beef with onions. Sigh. Korean beef rice plate wasn’t that great. Not that much beef. Stick with the burgers. Much better choice.

Really good burger and standard sweet potato fries. My favorite burger on the island, I’d list them 1. Alameda Grill, 2. Five Guys, 3. Baron’s, 4. Scolari’s. The burger is simple, but the bread is very good and the cheese is good in both quality and quantity. Finally I give them a 5th star because they are so cheap! Wish I would have found this place earlier.

I am so glad to have stumbled upon this place– the best burger place in town! Grilled cheeseburger + curly fries +dt coke = perfection. I never would have guessed that this place would be so good from looking at it from the outside(which is the only way to look at this place, as it is literally a hole-in-the-wall!). But after yet another trip to the bike shop one day I decided to check this place out and… Sold.

The best place town to satisfy your burger craving. Their bacon burger is amazing, Alameda Grill is probably the best burger joint in town.

I came back here recently because I was reminiscing about how good this place was in high school. It tasted a lot plainer than what I remembered and I got the cheeseburger. Maybe under new management? It was just okay, it wasn’t terrible tasting or anything, just not super flavorful. But the reason why I’m giving it 1 star is because I had the worst food poisoning experience in my life shortly after eating here. I don’t know what happened, but I certainly won’t be coming back any time soon :(

I love this place! The Korean deluxe burger is like heaven. I was really into their curly fries initially but their regular fries are really quite good as well. Don’t forget to get that Mexican cola son.

Home style burgers! It’s a small burger joint(hole in the wall) that specialize in making the best burgers in town. There’s no inside seating and only 4 small tables outside and a long bench. One of the best burgers for $ 5 – 8 in price range. I personally like the Giant bacon and cheese burger. Onion rings are excellent and ask for steak fries!

Did I order the wrong stuff or what? I got the Korean chicken plate with extra chicken. $ 3 more for extra chicken? When my order came out it didn’t even look like I got extra chicken, it was like 2 ½ small pieces. How many will they give if I didn’t ask for extra chicken? A $ 12 plate that looks like it should be $ 5. And who uses that much oil just to cook some chicken? People need to be a little bit more picky with what they eat or maybe this place just isn’t as good as it use to be? Never coming back that’s for sure.

I’ve grown up in Alameda my entire life and this is one of my secret places I like to take out of towners. The Korean burger is the best and depending if you like it really spicy-they have a deluxe version with jalapeños and cheese. These gourmet burgers are well priced at under $ 8! There is not a ton of seating so it’s not good for large parties but definitely a great place to eat lunch any day of the week!

I’ve been coming here for years. They are consistently good throughout the years. I believe they are Korean owned burger joints, and they have the standard burgers, but in addition has a couple of unique ones like teriyaki burger and Korean burger. They also have a beef rice plate and chicken rice plate as well. I’ve been a fan of their chicken rice plate for yeas. Today I went for their teriyaki burger. The sauce isn’t too sweet, and grilled mushrooms and onions were a perfect addition to the burger, tomatoes and lettuce. By the way, they are dog friendly, in that the eating area outside is accessible to dogs. I took my dog with me and shared my burger with him :)

On my first visit to Alameda grill I ordered a burger, medium rare, with bacon and grilled onion, jalapenos, and all the other regular fixings except raw onions and mustard. The Good: The burger meat is excellent, cooked to exactly medium rare. I though it could have used a bit more seasoning but it was quality beef certainly better than others I’ve had on the island. The jalapeño peppers were pickled, which I happen to prefer. The onions were grilled beautifully. Lettuce was crisp. The whoel thing was very juicy and tasty. The Not So Good: The bacon was soggy and not great quality. The smart burger joints know to put bacon in the deep frier for maximum crunch. I won’t bother with bacon again. The tomato was not ripe and rather a sad small piece. The WASNOPICKLE. Eeeek! Sad lack only partly made up for by the fact that the jalapenos were pickled. The bun is too fluffy for my taste. It gets soggy instantly, making it impossible to take away. I wonder if they will grill the bun for you? Bottom line? I’ll be going back but I think I’ll try the Korean burger or something more specialist next time.

A-OK with a big plus is exactly what Alameda Grill is. It is a tiny little space with a few tables outside. The burgers are cooked to order and are made with fresh veggies and soft buns. The fries are fabulous steak fries that are hot and delicious. There is nothing«incredible» about these burgers but they are very good and very filling. There is nothing about these burgers that make you crave them because there is nothing«unforgettable» about them, but they are always satisfying and slightly greasy(in a good way). Their ice tea on tap is not good — tastes like chemicals, though. Opt for bottled.

Korean burger is what you need in your life!!! But be prepared to drip juiciness all over your hands and clothes! Don’t say I didn’t warn you! And make sure to call ahead your order so you’re not stuck wasting your lunch break waiting for them to make your food. Seating is limited so either get there early or take the food back to your office.

Small place. Like if you blink, you’ll miss it. But it’s home to the BEST burger I have EVER eaten hands down! The bacon cheese burger is always a favorite for me & my boyfriend, but I’ve been leaning towards the Korean BBQ burger more which has some spice to it. Everything is amazing here tho. Five Guys, In-n-Out, nothing compares to this place.

This is small burger house in small town But the taste is huge! Love their teriyaki burger Use fresh meat never has gross after taste. I wish they have more seat to dine in. Reasonable price. Nice hosts. I am waiting for my burger now. Can’t wait lol!!! The reason why i gave 4stars is not enough seat to dine in. They have small seat out side but right now people are seating there. It is worth come here tho! Want to Enjoy homemade style burger i think this is place u been looking for! My burger came out gotta go. Burger and french fries and cup of soda will make you happy!

um ok, I saw nothing but 5 star reviews so I just HAD to try this place! I have always been a sucker for«take out only» burger joints! I had the Korean double burger with fries. It was good. Just good. The fries just good as well. Steak fries are VERY difficult to come by these days, even though they’re frozen. Parking is not easy due to the location. But the staff however were very nice. I feel like this place is a taqueria vs an authentic«sit down» Mexican restaurant. I will never come back or refer anyone. And it’s not that I dislike Alameda Grill, it’s just that I will pay a little more $$$, go down the street and have aurguably one of the greatest burgers on this planet earth at Scalories.
