Round Table Pizza

Alejandra Rocks… She made sure I have everything I needed in order for me to enjoy my pizza (cheese peppers plates and so on) Hands down best customer service I’ve had in a while…

The service is bad here. I had waited over an hour for my 2 large pizza take out order, and learned that one pizza had been ready for 25 minutes when the second one was finally done. The manager said I could wait for a fresh one but offered nothing else or even an apology.

The pizza and wings here are pretty solid. I would recommend the food. I would also recommend to order your food. Do not «drop in» and order your pizza.

This round table is good. The service was quick. The pizza was good. The inside was clean and a lot of seating.

Ahhh such mixed feelings! Pizza is decent and BF loves it because childhood nostalgia. BUT, we’ve had some weird/​bad experiences. Once eating in store, we watched a lady wander around, offer a pie to two different tables, took it in the kitchen and then brought back the same (now cold) pie and tried to act like it was the one we ordered. um, no.
Other experiences involve delivery which usually takes hellllla long, always an hour plus. At this moment, we’re going on 2 hours (2 HOURS!!!) and still no pie. unacceptable. Guy on the phone is understanding and comps us a pizza for next time. But what about this time?! We are starving. Hunger induced review. Sorry bout it. Also, really pricey for chain pizza and they don’t offer as many deals/​coupons/​discounts as their counterparts.

I work .3 miles away from this location. Called in to order a pizza for delivery was told they «don’t really order to Oakland. well, only to certain businesses very close across the bridge» Mentioned I am a business again located just across the bridge (small entrepreneurial one that works until 9pm) Guess what? That didn’t matter! And the customer service wasn’t pleasant or helpful.

Always eat here! Pizza is always delicious and super hot! Nothing like some good olé pizza! Salad bar is nice and clean. Restrooms are clean. And I love that it’s right by the water. After we eat my kids always love to go run out side and play. I love this round table pizza.

This place is way overpriced and they will substitute simple items like green onions for green peppers. This is ridiculous! For $ 17.00 for a small pizza, why the hell not? Also, there
was a NFL game on and they had a poker match on the TV. Tables were left dirty long AFTER patrons left. Not cool. I really don’t want to come back. There is just no reason to deal with an establishment that won’t substitute simple condiments!

I wish I could do two separate reviews because they make a good pizza (4star+).
BUT, the ONLINE ORDERING system is RIDICULOUS (–25 stars).
I can call in an order (30 seconds) with no credit card or a thousand personal details. However, to order online, aside from my fingerprint picture of my firstborn, and social security number, they want credit card and all details for the card. It takes 5 minutes on my phone to place an order — really?

I always do delivery from Round Table. I wouldn’t dine in cause the atmosphere is basic. Take home is the way to go! I usually go with the King Arthur combination or pepperoni pizza. The best thing here are the garlic parmesan twist (lightly baked). We always order 24 pieces of the twist lol. Also the ranch dips at this location are so good! No other round table ranches taste the same like this place. Trust me!

I am very dissapointed in my order! Pizza tasted like it old and they just reheated and send it away. Have been coming here since forever, and never had a problem! Just trew my money away.

First Sunday Night Football of the year and even though they are slammed, our order is right on time and hot! My favorite pizza when I want extra sauce, super reliable and delicious. One of our favorites!

Poor quality pizza, used to be a good one back in the day, 30yrs ago!, even four years ago!, limp, flat, mushy, undercooked crust that didn’t rise, non crispy thin crust, sausage tasted washed out no flavor, yuk! No thanks.

I’m not one to normally go to Round Table Pizza.
Back in the day, RT was my go to pizzeria. Then I got some seriously bad food poisoning that messed me up for an entire weekend and left a bad taste in my mouth ever since. That was several years ago and in another city.
Fast forward to present day and I decided to drop in on a whim.
It was 20 minutes until closing time on a Tuesday night. The staff was tired and wanted to go home. I didn’t have high expectations. But I ordered my old RT standby; a small, thin crust King Arthur Supreme with ham and extra cheese.
15 minutes later I walked out the door with what felt like a very heavy pie.
When I opened the box, what to my surprise did my wandering eyes behold?
It looked like a thin crust deep dish pizza. It’s as if they decided to dump all the left over goodies onto my pie.
Whoever made this pie deserves the pie making award for the year!
It was also piping hot and delicious!
Not bad for an end of shift, last minute order for the night.
Hats off to this staff. Great job!

The pizza here is decent, it can be kinda pricey though considering that it’s just standard pizza;nothing outstanding. The crust on the pizza is thick and toasted to golden brown perfection and the pepperoni is cooked to the point where it crisps up, but other than that; the sauce is bland and tastes mass produced. This may not be the greatest place for eats, but at least they have some pretty tasty beers available by the glass or pitcher for cheaper than most places around ($ 12 per pitcher).

The pizza is really good– a solid four stars.
Everything is way overpriced, and the dining area here is ALWAYS filthy. I’m sitting here now, there’s pizza all over the floor– it’s diagusting. It would only take an employee 10 minutes to walk through, sweep and wipe.
If they cleaned this place up and maybe dropped the prices I’d give them a solid 4! Though the dirty floors and high prices won’t stop my fat ass from coming here, the pizza is the bomb.

I know I’m not the only one who hates that they stop taking orders especially when they are still open for another 30mins. If they close at 10 they stop taking deliveries at 930 so annoying.
Also when being charged $ 30 for a pizza you would expect toppings to be on the pizza.
They always manage to mess up my food and then offer me a meal on them.

The Artisan pizza is good. The Pepperoni was greasy.
The 2 liter bottles are over $ 3.00. Nob Hill is cheaper.
Not my favorite Round Table Pizza.

Will never order pizza from them, ever again. I used to love their pizza, but i was so disappointed when our order was delivered 20 minutes longer and it looked like the delivery person dropped and put it back in the box. It looked disgusting. Plus, she gave the chicken wings to another customer so we had to wait another 30 minutes for it.

Online order for delivery was estimated at 90 mins, but took just under an hour, so that’s not bad for a Saturday night.
Ordered boneless wings (medium buffalo), and although the breading was kind of mushy, the sauce was a good flavor.
I also ordered a personal size veggie pizza, and added olives and chicken. Really good flavor on that, too.
Only 3 stars, cause it was exactly what I expected from the service.
