Delightful experience. Lovely soft jazz. Plenty of varied seating. Delicious zucchini bread and iced coffee. Outstanding customer service. Plus, it is spotless! My new favorite coffee spot.

Best coffee in Alameda! Plus, the owner allow artist to exhibit their work.

Small café with a decent espresso menu and a few offerings of sandwiches and the like. It doesn’t seem like much is prepared in the back and most items are ordered from other places. They offer bagels and eggs which they make right in front of you on an electric griddle. Service was slow when I went on a Sunday morning. There was only one person working. I also noticed a chair with a laptop next to it, seems like they aren’t too busy hence the ability to sit and browse. Cute seating and ambiance. Many people seem to like to hang out here. Got a mocha and it was ok. I wouldn’t necessarily come here if there were more options but it’s great for a walk from our apartment so location is lovely.

This place is comfy and the coffee is good. It’s not fancy fussy coffee but it’s really good! Also the ladies who own the place are really friendly and you always feel happy to give them your business! Go!

Best coffee on Webster for sure. I’ve only had the drip but it is on point! Other places over roast but the coffee here is just the right flavor. Great ambience, ample seating, and free wifi. My new favorite spot for getting work done. Very good pastries also, especially the cinnamon rolls. This is weird but it’s also really nice how if you get a bagel and cream cheese, the lady always spreads the cheese perfectly evenly on each bagel half. Will be back. Probably tomorrow.

Free wi-fi and space that is well setup for studying or working. Reasonable prices; good espresso; plenty of parking. The set up is also nice for a cozy chat with a friend.

I went to Spritzers to get some work done. Noting too fancy about it — coffee is made en masse, there’s a bunch of tables strewn about, and the whole place feels sterile. This isn’t third wave coffee(not by a long shot), but it’s a nice, quiet place to hunker down and work. I will say their wi-fi is excellent.

4:50 pm on a Sunday. Over an hour to closing. «Sorry we just cleaned the coffee machine. no espresso-based drinks available» say what?! What kind of café is this?!

I was at the beach in Alameda with two kids in tow, and needed to find someplace to sit down and have a substantive conversation with friends — we were trying to plan an event with contentious schedules and had only about half an hour to talk before life pulled us back to opposite corners of the Bay Area. The kind woman at Spritzers re-opened it and made some coffees for us while she closed up, despite the fact that it was a few minutes after their official closing. And incidentally, the coffee was great as always. Thanks, Spritzers!

I have been going to Spritzers for a few years and love a nice family owned, local low key, unpretentious business. Just the type of business I prefer to support. The windows are nice for viewing the outside world, and the coffee and other items are fresh and tasty. Prices are quite reasonable. What more is there to ask for? They also support local artists via giving gallery space and reception opportunities on their walls. I generally go there after my beach walk and through the park. It’s right next to Washington Park.

Coffee here is ok, pastries not so good and staff is nice but can be slow at times. It’s nice to have a local coffee shop so I have been using it fairly. The customer experience is neither good nor bad. For me it’s just a place to buy a coffee on the go.

I could probably just list this coffee shop as my business address, I am here soo much. I always get some sort of coffee drink and a slice of quiche. It’s been that way for about 1 year. I like the coffee, I like the art on the wall and I like the couches that I usually sit on. I recommend bundling up if it’s winter. It can be a little cold inside at times. I love it soo much I just make sure I pack my fuzzy socks to ensure that I stay warm. I definitely recommend giving this place a try when you’re in the area.

Nice space and very clean. They do seem disinterested in taking your order though. As though you are bothering them. Barista was on the phone the entire time I was ordering once

Coffee here is decent, I like the food and the ambiance, however my last trip here the service was meh… I was basically invisible to the barista because she was extremely busy talking to some dude flirting in another language(Ethiopian perhaps) maybe looking for an extra tip or a date… I don’t know, all I know is that I stood around for a while and she tried not to look at me as if that means I too could not see her. In any case I waited for my order which cost 7.00 for 2 items and watched as this other guy pays $ 10.00 for about 4 – 5 items. Whatever none of my business, however all of that flirting build up for what you ask??? .25 cent tip ROFL. The look on her face was utter disappointment it was an epic tip fail, and he genuinely acted as if it was a large tip, it was one of those throw your hand up and motion«don’t worry about the change baby» moments. I was dying on the inside, but then felt bad for her so I left her $ 2.00 bucks. My message to the workers: «how about you stop wasting customers time and act like they exist, especially when they are leaving you more than 0.025% tip» That is all.

Very yummy soy latte! My husband got a café mocha and it was too sweet… they had no issues fixing it for us. Very good coffee experience.

Really nice space with cool art works and enough tables and chairs to work in without being too squish next to others. The open windows allows for fresh air and it is in a nice area with a large park nearby. There is mostly street parking with meters which is ok. The drink I got is not something I would recommend– blended ice coffee frappuccino. It was more ice then drink. So much so, that you really don’t get any hydration. I mean, I was done with my drink in 3 sips through the straw. I don’t think the barista blended the drink well enough. It seemed more solid ice and any blended drinks. I wouldn’t suggest ordering the chai either. I will suggest ordering tea and hanging out here to enjoy the ambiance.

One really nice getaway for great coffee plus wonderful art work by local artists. A wonderful antidote to the corporate joints in Alameda. Pastries and food, too. This is a comfortable space — comfortable furniture, no loud noisy music, parking on the street outside the front door, and VERY early AM hours. Coffee is African and great. The only problem I have found is that they have stopped using the Chai Tea concentrate and swapped it for a(cheap-tasting) powder. That was my favorite drink, but the coffee is excellent. They also offer a quick breakfast(cooked), quiches too, and fruit and snack bars for those on the run.

I want so badly so love this place. When I did my little morning walk-jog, this was my go-to place to end up. But enough mornings where they told me they were out of bagels at 6AM(what?), $ 4.5 sandwiches that are on, frankly, old and unappealing baguettes, and a chai latte that was all milk and no chai, my desire to come back has waned. Pros: local feel, artsy, great seating, good selection of homemade goods, like different breads, quiche, the smoothies look good, wifi Cons: $ 2.75 for a small iced coffee, $ 3.5 for a small iced chai, the quality is inconsistent. I threw my iced chai away because it was all milk. I think this is like a lot of small businesses — they have their quirks, and yeah, the products can be pretty inconsistent. It’s just that at Spritzers, the consistency tends to veer downwards, especially for the price. Eh, a shame.

Spritzers is a little gem here in Alameda! For those who are tired of the mediocre Starbucks cup of coffee, venture on down to Spritzers for some awesome drinks and pastries! I love the iced cappuccinos and banana bread!!! Some of the best banana bread around! The service is always friendly and accommodating. I also LOVE the ambiance of the café, they always have great artwork from local artists on the walls. It’s like being in a museum! The seating area is spacious and perfect for a chat with friends or catching up on email/internet browsing.

I really want to like this place because it’s right across the street from my apartment and it’s a neighborhood joint… But their drinks are really hit or miss. Sometimes they’re on point, sometimes they make me feel gross and taste kinda off. I don’t want to play the guessing game. =/
