This place is a joke! I’m hungry, buzzed and your place is closed despite the 11:30 pm time online and your shake machine is always broken when my boyfriend comes after work. Weak!

Don’t come here. Ive been going her since I was a child but I learned just don’t buy hamburgers here. My dad got me Mcdonalds and I found 4 or more of black hair inside. My hair is brown so it wasn’t mine. I got really grossed out! I ended up eating 2 piece of hair then washing my mouth a lot. Mcdonalds workers if you are reading this don’t take revenge on the burgers and customers! Do that business some where else! It was in my mcchicken btw.

Its McDonald’s people, I come here maybe once a month, at most! They have messed up orders, forgotten items, or just been plain out of things, but its still where I can go and be home with dinner in under 15 min from my house when dinner was not preplanned and its to late to cook. Not saying its for everyone but as a chain restaurant you know what your getting. Normally I go though the drive thru for convenience, this last time I went inside(since drive thru was almost to the street) and I should have just walked right back out and gone somewhere else. Too many kids with no adults running around(12 and under, here by themselves), rude staff, and just over all bad vibes from fellow customers. And next time will be the drive thru and limited human contact once again.

I’ve been over charged at this mcdonalds, my order has been made wrong several different visits, I’ve been handed drinks with soda spilling down the side of the cup, and given a 6 hour old apple pie before. Gave 2 stars because the staff is usually pleasant and the frappé is currently $ 2, a steal. Only go here as a last resort.

Worst McDs ever! Fully 50% of the orders I get here are incorrect. And they constantly undercook their hash browns. I complained to a manager once and she literally pointed at the assistant manager and walked away. It’s dirty inside and out, and the bathrooms are nasty. Visiting the store on Shoreline is like going to Mecca by comparison.

I’m giving this place a three star rating only on the account of the shamrock shake and having it ready in less than five minutes. I haven’t been in this McD since 1999. I still will not eat their food… y’all can call me paranoid, but I rather be safe than sorry.

It’s a hit or miss for this location. At times i get excellent service and others is a lot of mistakes on my order.

I choose a dollar item(any size coffee, ice cream or chocolate cookies) at McDonald’s, turn on my computer and let Belle play inside Ronald’s Play Place. Cheap coffee, free internet and a good place to play(tucked safely behind a fence!) is a win-win for everyone.

I feel weird spending any time writing a review for a McDonald s, because in general if you go to one of these restaurants you get the consistency of mediocre or better service in collaboration with a menu that may be a tad healthier then in days of old, but leaves a lasting unhealthy stamp on whatever day I happen to frequent. However what sets this McDonald’s apart from the rest is their Management team, employee’s, location and of course the playground and I believe they have the same philosophy as I had when I used to manage a Starbucks. I made it through each and every day by pretending that our location was just another local coffee shop and meet each customer with smile and terrific service, knowing most of my customers by their 1st name. Now they don’t know my name nor my daughters however they do know how to take great care of their customers, from taking the time to get the order right, to helping me out of a jam by allowing my daughter to get the right my little pony in her happy meal. Whatever my thoughts were on McDonald’s prior to visiting this establishment, this location is in my opinion the diamond certified location that happens to be in my un rough hood in Alameda.

Nobody expects fine dining from fast food; but the service here seems exceptionally poor. Out of the last 3 times I’ve attempted to order salads at the drive through in the weekday evenings,(after work, ~6:30’ish), this location has *never* met my satisfaction. Attempt 1: They ‘had no more’ of 1 of the 2 types of salad I tried to order. I made a substitution, not a big deal; however when I got home I found out they forgot to include salad dressing. Attempt 2: Again they were sold out of 1 of the types of salad. Attempt 3: They had *no* salad for the evening. This was all within the month. I’m filling out the feedback form on the corporate site, and would encourage anyone else that has experienced sub-par service from this location to do the same. In the interim, the Southshore location seems to be run competently.(Never had an issue with that location).

It’s McDonald’s…it’s nothing fantastic, but it is convenient and highly addictive, should I expect anything more? I usually come at night craving this crap and have no problems with the service there, I hear the day crew is a bit more edgy ‘er.

Fast food is what it is. You can’t expect gourmet food for 5 bucks. Or white glove service from someone being paid $ 8.50 an hour. But what is really annoying is when you go to order a BLT quarter pounder and are told«that was a limited time special… we don’t have that anymore.» Umm do you still sell quarter pounders? ‘yes’. Do you have bacon? ‘yes’. Do you have lettuce? ‘yes’. Do you have tomato? ‘yes’. But you can’t put all that in one sandwich? ‘We don’t serve the BLT sandwich anymore’. Well ok then I will go to the Burger King 4 blocks away. I mean geez I know ‘Have it your way’ isn’t your slogan but really!!! I even called corporate and they said franchises can do whatever they want. Well I can do whatever I want too, and I won’t be back.

Usually I leave fast food joints out of the mix, but this location really fell short. It took me 15 minutes to receive my food, and when I did it was not fully cooked, and was missing some of the condiments that are standard in the service. They need to step it up.

This place takes noticeably longer than any other fast food restaurant I have been to, on multiple occasions. Right now I’m in the drive through and have been waiting for over 10 min. This is pretty common here. Why? Because this place sucks. Don’t go here for fast food.

Wow. I’m officially an idiot. Came here on my way to get my car fixed. There were 2 cars in front of my at the drive through. Put my car on park. waited. Then that car left. As I’m waiting, I see cars behind me pull out and leave. Maybe that’s why there’s a double lane in this drive-thru. I also pull out and leave. Good bye forever. (PS: Only half-judge me because the only reason I came here again was b/c I took a different route and thought this was a different McD’s)

Dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Fries and trash on the floor and dirty tables and seats. If the dining area is this bad, I hate to imagine the cleanliness of the kitchen.

After helping my girlfriend’s twin sister move into her new apartment, our group needed a break for some cold refreshments. The McDonald’s nearby had some tasty looking things in the window so I figured I’d walk over and pick up a few things. I hadn’t visited a McDonald’s in years and after a short visit to this location, I quickly remembered why. I ordered a strawberry frozen lemonade, iced hazelnut latte, and strawberry banana smoothie, which seems simple and innocuous enough. Unfortunately for the dolts behind the counter, this was going to be a really tall order. Not only did they not know their menu items at all, they didn’t even know that the coffees came with syrups in them. Communicating in English was almost impossible and it’s of absolutely no surprise to me that they’re as poorly rated as they are. The drinks were also mostly crap as well. McD’s tends to be a pretty low rent joint and this was no exception. The service was horrendous and neither the cashier or the supervisor knew they had syrups for their iced coffees. The iced coffees used to be much better but unfortunately they’ve slid downhill over the years. It really should be illegal for people to bring their kids here to eat because it’s so unhealthy. For the sake of my health and sanity, I won’t be back. Food: 4⁄10 Service: 1⁄10 Price: $ Atmosphere: 3⁄10

The worst McDonald’s on the planet. Honestly they are so slow, whether you’re in the dining room or the drive-thru doesn’t matter. They will still move as slow as humanly possible. And don’t bother giving them specific instructions like, «light cream and sugar in my iced coffee please», they’ll just ignore you anyway. Also, the Egg McMuffins(my favorite fast-food sandwich EVAR!) just don’t taste as good here. They kinda taste like chinese food? I know that sounds weird but it’s the best description I have right now.

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. UGH! I came here w/my 2 yr. old niece because of the PlayPlace. They ran out of toys for the happy meal, why didn’t the cashier let me know of the shortage when I placed my order!!! Anyways, took my niece out to the jungle gym, and found an empty whiskey bottle in one of the compartments. I mean really?! Can you say GHETTO! Just«DRIVE right on THRU» when you pass by this Mickey D
