Jack in the Box pride themselves in hiring friendly people and yes I do believe they hire lots of friendly people here. Every time I’m here, I’ve always had a pleasant experience with their workers!
Their curly fries reminds me of the curly fries I had in high school.
I’m not a big soda drinker but they have that high tech soda machine here! It’s very cool looking!

After I ate the taco and teriyaki chicken rice box in here at 6p. m sep 14, 2015 I was food poisoning and now I’m so hurt stomach, I spew up food and hurt stomach so much, now I can not move from my bed… It’s so terrible

I’ve been to this jack n the box twice. The first time they did not give me any ranch when I asked them repeatedly to give me ranch. The second time I was even more disappointed and disgusted because the food tasted old as fuck. The burger was old and the bacon was old and burnt. Also, they did not give me one of my drinks that I paid for. Overall, the food is disgusting and I would never waste my money on their disgusting old ass food. Know that.

So one night we went to the drive thru and ordered two burgers, after he told us the price, and after i said sorry, i wanted to change one of the burgers to a meal, and his answer was «i already placed your order, please drive up to the window.» …so i was like ok CAN I ADD A SMALL FRIES AND A COKE AND I WILL PAY FOR IT SEPERATELY? and he replied with the same line. Lol yea we went to In & Out instead but that guy is needs to get fired.

Definitely one of the best Jack in the Box’s around.
Easy ordering through the drive thru, fast, friendly service. Food tasted great and they gave me all the condiments I needed and more! Thanks for not being stingy like some other fast food places! I will definitely visit again!

Damn for a month already and the soda machine not working. This new manager is strange. He try like he wants to be nice but he seems like he way to cheap. I think he don’t want to fix so folks don’t get free refills. The suggestion of medium and large like they don’t have small. Medium and large ain’t the same price. Stupid suggested sales bugs me.

This is the best Jack In The Box at least on the island of Alameda… Do they mess up sometimes? Sure, but the GM/​Owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet… He always gives our daughter free cookies and let’s her order her own meal and includes her into the experience. He and I had a convo yesterday of how it is to be a GM in a franchised restaurant and shared a lot of the same views ! I will continue to go to this one because of him and his wife alone !

This is one of the worst Jack in the box around. 5 out of 10 times I been here they always messed up your orders & always forget to something. The chicken switch & burger I order for my Co work tease like 2 days old patty, like if they didn’t sale it the day before then kept it to sale the next day. They need to get a new management for this Jack in the box & poor customer service all round. I do not recommend anyone to go here & they have a lot of good reviews but it’s all fake…

This place used to be my favorite late night spot, guilty pleasure that it was. Lately though, they’re not open a few of the times I went (Although 24 hours), and tonight some dude named Mario kept giving me dirty looks and replying with a very gruff «Nahh.» to many of my questions.
I’m not hyper sensitive or easily offended either. I get it, not too many people want to spend their nights taking orders from, and serving a bunch of drunks. (I was not, as I was the designated driver.) But «nahh» is pretty hard to consider polite especially when coupled with exhausted and angry looks.
And what about the frequent closing for stretches during the after bar rush, when the graveyard shift can potentially make the most money? Seems more like an employee idea rather than one from the corporate office.
I’ll give it a few more chances, but after that I’m heading over to the Park Street store for some deep fried tacos from then on. He got the order right though, so I’ll give it an extra star.

Best Jack I have been to. Nice, friendly employees. Always Fresh iced tea, night or day! Always get my special order burger right! Wish they didn’t end inside dining at 10 PM on weekdays.

Normally I wouldn’t give a 5 star review to a fast food place, but I really want to call out that this store is a great example of providing excellent quality in this segment. We go to this location fairly regularly and the meat is fresh, the vegetables are flavorful, the lettuce is crisp, the fries are crispy. These guys really seem to care about quality. The service is also excellent and they always thank you for coming. Even during a dinner rush or at 2am, these guys are consistently friendly.

I mean, your so convenient… and the fastest, latest option out there. You are reliable. It’s late at night and on the way home from somewhere, don’t want to get out of the car… it’s so convenient.
Your service is pretty good too unlike some other fast food places. You get my order right, your friendly, you get it out fast.
but then why, why every time I leave your place with a bag full of food, do I feel like I am doing something wrong, that I am going to get in trouble, that I need to pay for what I’ve done and I ain’t talking about money.
might as just say I went to fat in the box.

It’s Jack In The Box, what more you want me to say?
Why do I find this place so special? This is one of the few stops I had before celebrating a special day for myself.
The cashier/​drive through window clerk Dion, hooked it up with as much hot sauce and buttermilk ranch I needed for my $ 15.00 meal while adjusting my order last minute given that with customer syndrome you have a tendency to change your mind at a moment’s notice.

Sitting on the corner with Jack, sitting on the corner with Jack I know … is that not a nursery rhyme from back in the days? It’s not but it should be!
This Jack in the Box sits on a very wee lot and is situated on the corner which makes it very tight to get your car out of the drive-​thru lane and on to Webster.
They should build a new one on the corner of Atlantic across from Walgreen’s.
I love the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwhich, it used to be made on this tiny weenie itsy bitsy bread but now it’s made on this larger sourdough bread that is grilled to perfection!
I love how close this place is to my house and the freeway.

I have been meaning to write these guys up for a while. They stand out because they are always really friendly, authentically nice. I don’t get fast food often, and it’s usually because I’m running late, tired, and need to go grocery shopping, but I always drive out of there with a smile, because they are just nice people and that is so rare nowadays. I lived next to the one on Park St, but I make the drive to this one. I’m picky, so is my kid, and they always get our orders right. Just goes to show, whether it’s a Michelin Star restaurant, or fast food, service matters. Good job, guys!

Been there more than once in the drive thru & the ppl there are really nice. Also, dining inside too is really nice & clean. By far the best Jack in the Box just BECAUSE of the drive thru experience.

Now, I don’t usually review fast food restaurants and especially not chains like Jack in the Box, but I had to write one for this location. The staff here is awesome. The restaurant is always clean and is actually a good study spot for cramming before an exam down the street.
