Found Courtney through a Groupon for a Brazilian wax. She is fantastic! So nice, and accommodating. She talks and distracts you during the process, which makes it go much faster and easier. Would definitely recommend her!

I just had my first Brazilian wax and it was an awesome experience. I used the Groupon deal but would pay full price. Courtney made me so relaxed and comfortable. What I thought would be a very awkward situation ended up being an excellent first experience. I really didn’t have any pain and Courtney is extremely thorough. I would recommend her to anyone that wants a wax. I am mad at myself because I forgot about the tip and only had a few bucks to tip her but I will definitely make up for it on my next visit as it is well deserved.

I discovered Courtney about six months ago when I was looking for a new esthetician for facials & have been seeing her every month. My skin gets healthier & healthier & yesterday she also tinted & shaped my eyebrows. Wow! You can trust her to care for your skin with carefully chosen natural products, no parabens, no preservatives, no long strings of chemicals. Plus she is as warm & welcoming as she is skilled & professional. Bonus: plenty of easy parking.

I have a very low, low, low tolerance for pain. Courtney put me at ease for my wax experience! I would most DEFINITELY recommend her for your waxing needs. She explained everything to me throughly and to a Tee. Courtney was down to earth and complmented me everytime I took a wax strip like a champ. You have made a customer for life. My tolerance for pain is not that great. And because of that, I need a waxer that is not only thorough but is also GENTLE when applying and removing the wax off their client’s lady parts.
Courtney is definitely very gentle and very thorough! She’s not rough and did not make me feel uncomfortable during the waxing session.

I discovered Courtney through Groupon and made an appointment to see her for a Brazilian as well as a brow wax last weekend. She is really open, honest, and easy to talk to. Not sure what the trick was, but unlike my regular place I go to for a Brazilian, I didn’t leave feeling sore and red afterwards. I always just assumed that’s how all waxings leave you.

Love love love Courtney! I rarely used to get my brows done because every place I tried was over priced over over-​plucked them, making my brows look thin and wispy.
On my first visit, Courtney convinced me to try darkening them up a bit and she made them look fuller and more beautiful than they ever have before!
When, about 20 minutes after my first visit, I got stressed that we’d gone too dark on my brows (never having tinted them before) I called Courtney and came back in to lighten them up. She ended up spending about double the amount of time on me and didn’t charge anything extra for the double visit. Next time I came in, I completely realized she’d been right to make my brows darker and love them even more this time!
Courtney is a lovely person, great to chat with and had a nice little place right by Ballena bay in Alameda. She creates a relaxing environment and does such a great job at a fraction of the cost of any other place I have been to in the city. Highly recommend!

Talk about coming into a place where you instantly feel pampered, comfortable, and cared for! Courtney is a true master at her craft. The questions I came in with, she answered with so much information that I left knowing more that I came in.
I came in wanting a basic brow shaping, and left with beautiful, lightly tinted natural looking brows! She even instructed me on how to train my own brows, so I wouldn’t have to come in so often. Who does that? Someone who truly cares about your personal beauty!

Let me just start off by saying Courtney is AMAZING! She’s personable, very friendly, and her all around aura is great.
